Hi, Tracy, cloudy sometimes rainy Caturday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you and your precious companions are enjoying this holiday weekend together. There is no better way to share the day as you share with us: "Theresa cuddled up next to me on the couch as always, and Tang even came off the back of the couch to kneed me, lay on my chest and give me sandpaper kisses on my nose."

Today has been busy - - doing the security updates and scans on the big desk top computer, and re-instating my health insurance online bill pay account. Now that I have ACA coverage apparently there is a different online bill payment provider. Even the customer service contact numbers are different than what I used to call. The weather is supposed to get very cold come Wednesday, 1/7, so I'm planning on doing my grocery run on Tuesday when temps are supposed to be in the 40's.

My precious Noah is doing well. He has had his lunch and is now curled up in front of the space heater soaking up the warmth before he comes to snuggle cuddle on my lap for awhile.

I hope today is treating you and your precious Theresa and little Tang kindly, my friend, and that you and your precious companions will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious Theresa and little Tang. Please know you and your precious companions are in my thoughts and prayers, and that I always look forward to knowing how you and your precious Theresa and little Tang are doing, and to sharing your treasured memories of your beloved Sir Thomas.

Peace and blessing,

Hello moon_beam. Cloudy, rainy but unusually warmer Caturday greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well. I hope the change in your health insurance does not cause too much of a problem.

It was another lazy day here with cuddles from Theresa and Tang, who are both doing well. We enjoyed another rousing game of laser tag earlier and they continue to play with their long tailed mouse toys. Funny enough, Tang plays with the one with orange stripes (same color scheme as him) Sometimes when I see the tail of it sticking out from under the table, I think it's him tongue.gif

I wasted over 2 hours on chat with TWC before calling to cancel my services. This got me the same services on a new 12 month promo 2.00 per month less than the old one. It even upped my internet speed by about 4 meg.

Not much else going on here. Theresa has taken to getting in the chair with the fleece blanket that Tang loves so much. But he sits in the "dad" chair with pride as a consolation cool.gif

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy temporarily warm Sunday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

It's always a blessing sharing with you how your precious Theresa and little Tang are doing. They are so blessed to have you for their Forever Dad, and I know you feel blessed to have them as your precious companions.

Glad you were able to get an "improved" internet service by canceling your old subscription. I have never been able to figure out why the "perks" for new subscribers are not offered to existing customers. One of the "mysteries" of the universe for me.

It's a quiet day here - - no major chores on the agenda for today. My precious Noah is settled comfortably next to me keeping me faithful company as I'm writing to you. Soon you will begin your trek home to your precious fur tribe who are eagerly anticipating your arrival.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Please know you and your precious Theresa and little Tang are in my thoughts and prayers, and that I always look forward to knowing how you and your precious companions are doing, and to sharing your treasured memories of your beloved Sir Thomas.

Hello moon_beam. Cloudy, rainy and windy greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well.

Travels into work produced a delightful bonus as I approached the office to drop in my rent going to the bus. Tabby came out of nowhere to greet me smile.gif I took a minute to reach down and pet her and better explain how I can't stop when I am going in that direction. She seemed to "get it" this time. Sometimes it really just takes an extra moment. I think perhaps other people are taking her in only to realize just how much of a commitment a fur child can be (sigh) At least she seems to be OK.

Work was, well, work. A typical busy Sunday. I'm going to have to get used to no more VTO for the most part as 12:00 is earliest I have ever seen it offered and that's when I get off now. The bus home was right on time but crowded when I got on. It cleared out over the next few stops with several people getting off. It was smooth sailing from there. I didn't see Tabby coming in though.

Theresa and Tang didn't greet me at the door, but they never have on Sundays. Both came out eventually though and cuddles were shared by all wub.gif Both are doing well, I'm happy to say. I cleaned out their ears the other day and Tang's are still looking great.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny cold Monday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad to share your news that you saw little Miss Gray Tabby again. I know this means a lot to you to know she is still around and glad to see you as well. More proof that your beloved Sir Thomas is keeping a loving vigil over her. And as always it's a blessing to know your precious Theresa and little Tang are continuing do well. So glad that little Tang's ear are continuing to do well since his last surgery. I know this takes a huge concern off your mind.

Have been busy with getting my grocery list pulled together for tomorrow including downloading digital coupons onto my Kroger card. One of the coupons offers $2 off on any type of Swiffer - - so I may take advantage of this and get a replacement dry mop tomorrow. Am still "contemplating" the pros and cons of each of the vacuum cleaners I have saved to my "wish list" on Amazon. I have printed off the information on both so that I can read each one's product details to make a final decision at some point in time.

Noah is doing well. He was up before me this morning taking in the sunbeams on his bathroom window perch. He has had his lunch and is now settled in front of the space heater which I'm sure feels good to him with temps only in the 30's today, so the sunbeams aren't really warming things up much today.

Soon my lunch will be ready so will get this off to you.

Clear but very cold greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well, and am glad to hear he had sunbeams and the aid of the space heater to keep him warm (I know Miss Theresa loves her "personal" little heater) I hope which ever vacuum you settle on meets your needs.

Today we broke another record of well over 600 in queue blink.gif They sent an email out saying many people called out today (apparently including "evil sup" like I'm crying about that) and were begging for people to cut short their lunch and stay late. Guess what I did? That's right um, NO. Between my schedule and the commute that place gets like 55 hours a week out of me, and that's more than enough. Not my fault a certain director doesn't know how to properly staff and run a call center. it was over 400 when I left. It kind of feels good to do that cool.gif

My bus home was a few minutes late which turned into 10 by the time we fought our way out of downtown (sigh) I didn't see Tabby, but I have hope now that she is OK with Angel Tom watching over her. Theresa and Tang greeted me at the door which is always nice happy.gif Theresa ate most of her can food then started in on Tang's which prompted him to finish hers off when he heard me compliment her rolleyes.gif Both are well I'm happy to say.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny cold Tuesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits. It is always a blessing sharing your news that your precious companions, and you, are doing well.

I don't blame you one bit for not staying last night - - 55 hours a week is quite enough time spent in a job, and especially a high stress environment like a call center. If asked why you don't stay you can always remind the supervisor you are dependent on public transportation.

Got my grocery shopping done today and came in within budget - - including with the purchase of a new Swiffer mop using the $2 coupon. Coupons do come in handy - - with the additional "senior day" discounts. It's nice have that chore done so that I don't have to go out in the forecasted frigid temps for tomorrow and Thursday with highs anticipated to be only in the 20's.

Noah was at the door greeting me when I arrived home, and is keeping me faithful company as I'm writing to you. Need to get caught up on some e-mails before it's time to get him some lunch.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Cloudy and cold day's greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you're both well. Glad to hear you got what you needed and saved money to boot - always nice. I'm sure your little man was pleased to see you when you got back.

I really can't use the public transit excuse as the lady that sits behind me takes the same bus and is an OT hog. I could do it, I just choose my health and sanity over what would not be very much more money after taxes.

Today was not as busy but still busy with over 200 in queue when I left. They begged for people to stay, and once again I did not. I think it's about time the good for nothing director is found out for the useless fraud he is. But, that's what happens when high profile jobs are handed out via the "favor bank" - know what I mean?

My bus home was again about 5 minutes late. I think this will be the norm for this time of day. I didn't factor the holidays into last week for the lighter traffic downtown. But I still get home a lot earlier and I never have to walk to my bus stop any more. Theresa and Tang both happily greeted me at the door and devoured their can food happy.gif Both are well I'm pleased to report.

I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny frigid Wednesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad to know your precious companions, and you, are doing well, and hope each of you are staying warm in this frigid weather. I will be glad when the temps are back into the 40's for highs.

Not much going on around the homestead today. Ordered the Shark upright vacuum yesterday which should be delivered tomorrow sometime. Since the Bissell is still working in the lift-off mode with the hose and attachments I will keep using that to vacuum the basement stairs and use for quick clean ups. The Shark had more positive reviews than the Bissell, even though Bissell is a quality product and have had Bissell vacuums for years.

Just tomorrow to get through and then you will have your 2-day weekend (Friday and Caturday) with your precious Theresa and little Tang. YIPPEE!!! I know what you mean about there not being a "profit" to show with overtime pay with the "benefits" being depleted by taxes.

Noah is doing well today, and is letting me know that it's almost time to get some lunch in his bowl. I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Hello moon_beam. Windy, cold and arctic like greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you'e both well and keeping warm. I hope the Shark vacuum lives up to your expectations.

A tad less busy today but still over 100 in queue when I left (on time, of course) "We are so awesome at delivering newspapers" I still have to laugh.gif when I hear that. Yup just one more day to get through. And I get to leave an hour earlier too.

Travels home tonight were a bit more timely, but that relatively "short" walk from the bus stop seemed longer with that wind kicking up making it feel like below zero (brr) I was miffed to see that the Netflix due today had not arrived and the web site won't let me report it until Friday dry.gif But I have one more eppy of SG1 left and the return of Gotham from Monday on DVR , so hopefully I can squeak by.

Theresa and Tang both greeted me at the door and are doing well I'm glad to say. Always happy to get home to them. Tang didn't quite finish his canned food, but made a beeline for Theresa's dish when she walked away - disappointed to find it empty. Why do they always think I'm giving the other one "better" food rolleyes.gif Oh well.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny frigid Thursday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I'm chuckling at how your precious Tang "checks out" his sister's bowl when (or before) she's done eating. This is yet another inherited survival genetic trait from their wild cousins - - leave nothing behind, and "steal" when / if you can. Still, it's quite interesting observing this in our "domesticated" companions.

Have both heaters turned up to the maximum setting, and my precious Noah is settled in front of his favorite heater as I'm writing to you. The temp at the moment is 16 degrees. The blessing is that the wind is not gusting at gale force speed today. I hope your travels today will be less bitterly cold than they were yesterday, my friend.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Hello moon_beam. Another extremely cold day's greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well and keeping warm.

Not much to say about work. Since I didn't want to venture out into the cold again tomorrow, I went ahead and did my shopping this afternoon and hopped a cab home. It's nice to know I can now do that in a foul weather pinch.

Theresa and Tang are both doing well. I laid down on the couch for a bit to recharge and they both joined me. Theresa on my chest and Tang on the arm behind my head. At one point, Tang reached over and gave his sister some kisses on her head wub.gif She "tolerated" it happy.gif One of these days I will have to get a picture of such a rarity.

Not much else going on. With errands out of the way, there is only laundry to do tomorrow. I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny cold T G I F greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you were able to get your errands done yesterday on the way home so that you and your precious fur tribe can enjoy today and tomorrow together uninterrupted. This really makes it a weekend together.

The young man who services my security system is supposed to be here today. The appointment was set for sometime between 11 a.m. and 12 Noon, but he hasn't arrived yet. He had another client appointment ahead of me, so I'm sure that has taken longer than anticipated. Otherwise not much going on here today. It's nice to see the sunbeams again today, and temps are above freezing in the 30's for a change, so that's helpful as well. The new vacuum was delivered yesterday and I managed to get it put together and a "test run" done. It's more compact and easier to handle. So we'll see how it does when it's time to do another major vacuuming project.

Noah is doing well. He is enjoying the sunbeams and the space heaters, and is settled comfortably next to me keeping me company as I'm writing to you.

I hope you were able to get your laundry done this morning without any frustration so you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy this day together and have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Hello moon_beam. Sunny but still very cold TGIF greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well and glad to hear you have sunbeams. I hope the man for your security finally showed up. Security for your computers or your home?

Laundry today was fine with no interference from people or stray loads. From there I had some breakfast and shared a few bites with Tang. He and Theresa are well and have provided snuggles, purrs, and (in Tang's case) sandpaper kisses happy.gif

Earlier I went out to take out the trash, put out dry food for the waifs and check my mail. On the back way path to the mail boxes I encountered no fewer than 7 homeless waifs; 2 in groups one black cat atop the fence. In the second group by an apartment close to the mail boxes, I thought I saw Tabby but I'm not sure. They were grouped together because someone had put some food out. At least others are trying to help, but it's still so very cold out there for them sad.gif I wonder how the people responsible for this could be so selfish and heartless, but then think about the jerks I talk to on the phone all day (sigh)

Theresa wolfed down her can food, but Tang turned his nose up at it for the 2nd night in a row. And with all those homeless waifs out there in the cold, it's very disappointing indeed.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny cold Caturday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you and your precious fur tribe had a good day yesterday, and know the homeless waifs are appreciative of the food you and others put out for them. It is very heartbreaking to see homeless souls, but they do form family units in their feral society, so this does provide them comfort and support in their daily lives.

Life here is doing well. It was the home security system that needed technical support yesterday, and the young man who does this did eventually come. He was delayed with another customer who was installing a new system that proved to be more challenging to set up than anticipated. All is working normally again.

Noah is doing well keeping me company as I prepared the desk top to do its security updates and scans today. At the moment he is enjoying the warmth of the space heater. We have sunbeams today but with temps in the 20's for highs they don't feel particularly warm coming in through the windows. Temps are supposed to get back into the 40's accompanied by rainy / freezing type precipitation - - so the air won't feel particularly warm then either. Otherwise not much happening today.

I hope today is treating you and your precious Theresa and little Tang kindly, my friend, and that you and your precious companions will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious Theresa and little Tang. Hello moon_beam. sunny but cold Caturday greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you're both well and keeping warm. Good to hear your security tech finally made it over to get things in order.

It was a lazy day here with much cuddles and purrs from Theresa and Tang, whom are both doing well. Taking out the trash and some dry food for behind the dumpster, I took an extra big cup full to put in the metal dish by the back fence for the first group of waifs. Checking my mail, I saw the second group so I went back to my apartment and rounded up an old plastic bowl to bring them some food too. Both groups ran away, but as I came back to the top of the stairs, I could see both groups coming out to eat. Least I can do for them sad.gif

Not much else happening here. Tang is snuggled up in the tiger fleece blanket chair and Theresa is in front of her heater. I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi Tracy,

Happy Caturday to you and furbabies. I hope all is well in your "neck of the woods." All is well here, but it's much too cold for me. I guess we can be thankful that we aren't covered in snow or ice, so far.

Sounds like you are doing a great job feeding the little strays. You will be blessed. Tabby2 never came back and now Socks has been gone for several days. Caramel, the long haired one, still comes by during the day. I saw him today starting to cross the street when a car went by. But instead of crossing, he turned to the right walking on the side of the street. Scared me!!!!....There is another long haired one that comes by, gray and white. Smokey shows up most mornings for his canned food breakfast. I put the can of food on the furnace floor vent so it will be warm by morning. He eats, drinks, and then wants back out.

One day before this cold spell, I saw Smokey out back sitting under the bird feeder tree with his back against the tree, looked kind of funny. I went out and saw Caramel outside the back fence gate yelling and fussing at Smokey. Needless to say, I chased him away. I think Smokey thought he was hiding from Caramel, (hiding in plain sight). unsure.gif ....Well, I guess that's all the cat tales for tonight......But I did see an albino possum eating on the carport last night. blink.gif

Tracy, have a pleasant and cozy evening with your sweet Theresa and Tang. Also have a good work week. God Bless....TTFN

Hello LMM. Happy Caturday greetings to you, hubby and the waifs.

Yep, it's cold but supposed to warm up to more tolerable temps soon; that's what made me worry about my waifs. The only reward for me would be hitting the lotto so I could take care of them full time. I don't want to be rich in the traditional sense. Just independent enough to do something rewarding like that. At least I see signs that I'm not alone in my efforts to help (I didn't put that metal dish out there after all, and there is usually food in it)

Sorry to hear Tabby2 and Socks have gone missing and hope they are well. I have not seen Gray Tabby in a while either. Sounds like Smokey and Caramel were playing the kind of "games" Theresa and Tang play. And believe me, Tang is VERY good at hiding in plain sight - even from me ph34r.gif

Hope all is well and that you all have a pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny chilly Sunday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you and your precious fur tribe enjoyed a pleasant day yesterday. I know they are eagerly anticipating your arrival home from work later on today.

Sunbeams are plentiful at the moment but this will be short-lived as a cold rain with perhaps some form of frozen whatever is forecasted for several days beginning later tonight. I hope the weather in your area will not be treacherous under foot for your work travels.

Noah is doing well today, which I'm always thankful to share with you. From your experiences with your beloved Sir Thomas and precious Tang you understand the day to day concerns of diabetes. As I'm writing to you he is settled on the top of the nightstand next to the bed keeping me company as I'm writing to you.

Cloudy and cool greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well. I thought Noah had bounced back from his diabetes and his numbers were very good. Has something changed?

Work was about average for a Sunday, but I knew there'd be no VTO when WFM sent out an email asking us to stay late. Weird, considering it pretty much died a little after 11:00 huh.gif The bus home was right on time if a bit crowded as I had to wait for the next stop to get a seat.

Coming down the back way home, I saw that most of the food was gone from the plastic bowl I'd put out and the metal one further down was empty. So in addition to the little paper bowl I bring out for behind the dumpster, I found a really big tumbler in the cupboard (ironically from the zoo) and used it to fill both of those bowls. I saw a little black and white cat peak out at me on my walk back and she/he started to eat out of the metal bowl. I think will do this regularly. It takes an extra 5-10 minutes of my time, but I think it's worth it.

I had greeters at the door for a change wub.gif and Theresa and Tang are both well. I got cuddles and purrs from both on the couch watching TV happy.gif I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, sometimes rainy Monday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits. It's always a blessing sharing your news as to how your precious fur tribe and you are doing. It's also inspiring to share your news as to how the homeless waifs respond to your loving provision for them.

Thankfully, Noah is doing very well with his blood glucose levels on the diabetic food. However, this hasn't "resolved" his diabetes - - or the potential for another diabetic episode. Medically he continues to be a cat with "managed" diabetes.

Not much happening here at the homestead today. My little boy slept in this morning, but is now eagerly anticipating lunch in his bowl, so will get this off to you.

As always, my friend, I hope today is treating you kindly at work, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Hello moon_beam. Also cloudy, cool and sometimes rainy day greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you're both well. I'm glad to hear Noah's diabetes is being kept in check with special diet. You just hadn't mentioned it in a while and it worried me. Tang still needs his insulin, but I'm pretty pretty "old hand" at it by now.

Work was a typical Monday with about 200 in queue when I left and management begging people to stay. Um, NO. My sup once asked me not to get mad if he keeps asking. I said no problem as long as he knows what my answer is always going to be cool.gif

Travel home was almost a nightmare. Having some extra time, I walked down past the crowded stops to 7th street at a clearly posted bus stop. The driver passed me up there - I ran down to the next one (against the light) and he passed me up there too! I ran down to the next one and only caught him because he had a red light. I told him he passed me up at 7th and he just said "no I didn't" I said yes you did and he shrugged and said "I didn't see you" As I made my way to the back of the crowded bus a man and a woman had heard and said that was bull as they saw him pass me up and told him to stop. I called TARC and reported him. My stomach still hurts from all that running :S

Theresa and Tang met me at the door which always nice. She ate her can food right up, but he turned his nose up at it again (sigh) I wished I'd put it out before I went to feed the waifs so it wouldn't have gone to waste. Speaking of whom, I see a few heads poking out at the bowls along the back fence. Still skittish but making their presence known.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy chilly Tuesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I'm glad you reported the bus driver, and am glad two of the other passengers confirmed for you what you already knew first hand. I hope you were able to get some rest last night with your precious fur tribe - - no lingering upsets from the stress of having to chase after the bus to get home.

I'm also glad you are seeing the waifs - - it's a relief to know they are still around looking forward to the gracious blessing of your, and others, food provisions.

Noah slept in this morning, so I worked on pulling together my tax information until he decided it was time to rise and shine for the day. I received an e-mail notification that my mortgage interest payment statement is ready, so I will be printing that off in the next couple of days - - it is the only document I need to finish pulling things together for a meeting with my tax preparer. I know I won't need to file taxes again this year - - but I still like to go over financials with him for an annual review.

My precious boy is settled next to me keeping me faithful company as I'm writing to you, and occassionally lets me know with that special "I'm getting hungry" squeak that it's time to start getting some lunch in his bowl.

Peace and blessing,

Hello moon_beam. Cloudy and cold greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well, and I'm laugh.gif at his "I'm getting hungry" squeak. I hope all goes well with your taxes.

Today was a slightly better day with the call volume but still pretty deep in at 5:00 when I left. My bus tonight was right on time (different driver) but by the time we fought our way through downtown road work detour traffic, we were running almost 30 minutes late (sigh)

I didn't see any waifs on my outing tonight probably because a few people were walking their dogs. I don't think I'm getting any help there anymore either. That metal bowl sits empty but for what I put in it and my plastic one further down was gone forcing me to put that portion on the ground. I will dig up another one tomorrow.

Theresa and Tang are both well and greeted me at the door. Tang was a bit "put off" by the fact that I only put out can food for Theresa. But I explained to him (again) that when he turns his nose up at it, we skip a night and the same goes for her. I'm not trying to be mean, but as a parent I feel as if I need to be firm on this. They still has the dry and the treats after my shower. Both are romping around like bouncing balls blink.gif Not sure what's gotten into them.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, cold Wednesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I can just see the look on your precious Tang's face: "hey, dad - - where's MY canned food - - don't I get any tonight?" I perfectly understand your giving him a night "off" from his serving - - and I know he understands as well. There is NO DOUBT that he is lovingly provided for under your care, my friend.

Today has been a tedious one completing the Windows security updates on the big desk top, but finally got everything done. Everything went smoothly on the lap top. As I'm writing the big desk top is going through the security scan, and when that is completed I can shut it down. Got the year end mortgage interest statement printed off and the monthly bank statement printed off so will have the "balance a thon" to do in the next couple of days or so. So I have my projects lined up for me. My precious Noah has been supervising everything, and is now patiently waiting for me to get him his lunch, so will get this off to you.

Just one more day to go until you have your weekend with your precious fur tribe. I can imagine how good it must feel to have two days off in a row now. Sunny but cold greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well. Glad to hear you have all your tech chores out of the way.

Call volume was not too bad until the sup sent out an email saying maybe it was slow enough for a team meeting today. You KNOW what happened rolleyes.gif But it did finally slow down enough later to have one. Apparently I'm not the only one peeved about how the metric for saves is now 30% (was 20) and by that I mean you must get 30 for a 3 (meets) I was doing nicely at about 28%. But like I told him, companies do this all the time when too many people are meeting the goal. Jut one more way they can avoid giving us the money we earned.

Travels home were plagued by the same road work detours/traffic. But hey, only 20 minutes late overall tonight. Both Theresa and Tang greeted me at the door, which is always nice. Tonight I was smart on the can food. I dished up one portion and offered it to Tang - he turned his nose up at i again. So Theresa gladly devoured it. One more "night off" I guess (sigh) I remember when it was Theresa who was the finicky one. Of course she went a long time without before coming around. I hope Tang does not take that long too.

I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, sometimes sunny chilly Thursday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

Sorry that the requirements for the evaluation have changed, and I agree with your assessment "companies do this all the time when too many people are meeting the goal. Jut one more way they can avoid giving us the money we earned." I hope in some way you are able to at least meet the "new" goal - - if not exceed it. Look forward to sharing your news on how things go.

Not much going on here today. There are occasional sunbeams coming in through the windows today and temps are in the 40's - - a welcome relief from the previous 20's and 30's. I have been able to turn one of the space heaters down a notch which is nice for the electric bill. Noah has his lunch and the timer on the stove is letting me know mine is ready, so will get this off to you.

I know you are counting the minutes / hours now until it is time to clock out for your weekend with your precious fur tribe. I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Sunny but cold greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well.

The call volume today was surprisingly low overall. The most we ever spiked was about 40 and even those didn't last more than about 5-10 minutes. I don't know if that's normal for Thursday, but if it is I'll take it cool.gif Unfortunately one of those spikes was in the 3:00 hour, so I didn't get to leave early. But I was still off at 4:00 per my schedule, and I got the heck out of there. I really don't know that I will make my saves goal, so I will have to step up my game in areas that have not changed that I'm good in such as one time payments, ez pay, QA, and adherence (to my schedule, an easy 5) just to keep that OPS score of 3. A lower bonus but still necessary.

Travels home weren't too bad. I did what I'll call errand compromising. I got off at Indian Trail and got my stuff from Dollar Tree. It wasn't more than I could carry with my back back and hands. So that's one thing I won't have to do tomorrow. Plus, since Save a Lot opens at 8:00 (where as Dollar Tree not until 9:00) I can get it done an hour earlier and really enjoy my 2 days off with the kids.

The second colony of waifs really put my determination to help to the test tonight. I could not see their bowl; looked down and saw it the dry gully under the fence huh.gif So, I walked all the way down to the end of the fence and through the empty field of high grass and downed tree limbs to retrieve it and bring it back and filled it after I wedged it between and indentation in the ground and the fence. I saw a little head poking out around as I did that. And another one by the mail boxes coming in happy.gif

Theresa and Tang are both well and greeted me at the door; always nice wub.gif Tang snubbed his can food again tonight. That boy is going to be a tough nut to crack (sigh) Both are settling in.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny chilly breezy T G I F greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

Sounds like you have a "plan" to try to keep your scores within a level that you feel you can accomplish. This is a good thing and takes the stress off you in having to push yourself to "perform" at a level you know is difficult to achieve. Please let us know how things go.

So glad you were able to retrieve the bowl from the gully so that you can use it again for the homeless waifs. I'm so smiling that you have an "audience" watching you as you lovingly provide for them - - they know you care about them, my friend.

And I so DO relate to the "war of the wills" - - you versus your precious Tang with the canned food. As long as he's eating his dry food okay and continues to take care of his personal needs without any difficulties the current snubbing of the canned food may not be a worrisome thing at this time. I know you are keeping him under close observation for any signs of health troubles, - - both your precious little Tang and your precious Theresa are in excellent care.

Worked on reconciling the checkbook with the bank statement today - - was a bit of a challenge but everything seems to be in proper order. Next week sometime I will need to work on the "bill-a-thon" for February. Noah is doing well. We are enjoying sunbeams again today. He has had his lunch and mine is in the final stages of warming on the stove.

I'm glad you were able to get some of your errands done yesterday on the way home and hope you were able to get your chores and errands done quickly today so that you and your precious fur tribe can enjoy most of today together and have a peaceful, blissful, cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and not quite as cold TGIF greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you're both well and am glad to hear he could enjoy sunbeams today. We are at about 48 degrees so I opened the balcony door and the kids both scampered out. Supposed to be sunny and in the mid 50s tomorrow so, I'm hoping for more balcony time then.

Thanks for the encouragement on Tang's current "snubbing" That's the last of the Friskies in the container in the 'fridge and now all I have in the cupboard is 9 Lives, so I guess Theresa will be doing the "snubbing" then. Both are doing well otherwise and have provided excellent companionship, cuddles and purrs today wub.gif

Laundry went OK with just one load in a dryer I don't prefer to use. I dropped my hangers on the floor and my next to last good clip hanger I used for pants busted dry.gif Not the end of the world though. I forgot a few things at Dollar Tree yesterday most of which I was able to get at Save a Lot except the cough/mucus control medicine - oh well, the cough drops will have to do. I was able to catch the 8:20 UPS bus in and the 9:20 one home. The latter was right on time and not at all crowded. Thank goodness the holiday season is over in that regard.

Not much else going on here. Getting ready to take care of the kid's basic needs, take out the trash, check the mail (hope my Netflix that was due yesterday came) and do another round of feedings for the waifs (they get 2 on my days off) I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. So glad you were able to get your errands and chores done yesterday in a timely manner so that you and your precious fur tribe could enjoy most of the day together. I hope sunbeams are shining bright and cheery in your neighborhood so that your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy some balcony time today.

Not a lot going on here today. Doing the security scans on the big desk top and hanging out with my precious Noah, who is doing very well and is now letting me know that it's time for lunch to appear in his bowl. I'm so glad sunset is getting a little later each evening now as it helps with the walk to the mailbox around 5:30 p.m..

Hello moon_beam. Sunny and a bit warmer Caturday greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you're both well and am glad to hear he has sunbeams in which to bask today.

We have sun and 57 degrees here as I write. Tang is currently sniffing about the balcony, but not sure if Theresa will make the trip. Both are well and provided companionship and cuddles today. We had some noise here earlier today. First, the black SUV I had not seen around here had it's alarm going off. So I wrote down the plate number and walked it down to the office. To my surprise the manager was there and said she'd take care of it. No sooner do I get back in, some jerk is taking a smoke break out on the balcony of the building next to me and screaming at the top of his lungs at a ballgame on TV. I called that in, and also to my surprise, the manager came down there herself to quiet him down.

It's been fairly quiet since then. I had some fun with the kids playing "laser pen tag" happy.gif Up and down the halls to the bathroom cabinets and back again and up the walls laugh.gif

Not much going on here. Just the "my days off are about to be over blues" I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant Sunday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you had a good Caturday yesterday, and that the apartment manager seemed to be in a responsive mood to take care of the noise pollution. I'm glad your precious little man enjoyed his balcony time - - without his daring do aerial feats. I still chuckle at recalling his "amazing Tang" acts of deyfing gravity - - and the chilling aerial acts you had to perform to get him back safely.

Not much going on here today. Sunbeams are plentiful for today and pleasant temps in the 50's range are in the forecast at least through Tuesday. I can live with this. My precious Noah is also enjoying the warmer sunbeams through the big windows.

I hope today has treated you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and mild greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well, and am glad to hear your little man had many sunbeams to enjoy today.

Travels to work were a bit dicey. First, the driver tried to pass me up going in and I had to yell and jump up an down. Then, she didn't want to let me off downtown after I rang the bell; with my other bus sitting waiting for the light to turn green that way ohmy.gif Then when I get in the call center it's totally dark. And nobody could find the lights until a sup came it at like 6:55. I was wondering if they closed and didn't tell anybody.

From there it wasn't bad with fairly low call volume most of the day. That is until someone a couple rows over had to open her mouth about it. Then we spiked to 50 plus. But even that didn't last long. Paid VTO was offered at 11:45. Although that didn't help me travel wise, I took it so I would not get stuck on a call and I could take my time and a more scenic route to my bus home. It was actually about a minute early and not crowded - for a while anyway dry.gif

Theresa and Tang are well and shared some cuddles with me with what little time we had. With the nicer weather I offered balcony time, but no takers - yet. I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant breezy Monday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So sorry your travels into work yesterday were challenging. I know having to "fight" to get a bus driver to stop for you only adds to the stress of having to go to work in the first place. I'm glad you arrived at work okay and on time, and that you were able to get an early end time so that you could get home to your precious fur tribe relatively stress free.

I wasn't "happy" with the way the first attempt at reconciling the checkbook with the bank statement went - - as I wasn't able to get two matching figures no matter how hard I tried. I finally gave up and just checked the numbers on the bank statement to make sure everything was accurate. So this morning I bit the bullet and gave it another go. Went back through the calculator figures comparing them with what is in the checkbook - - and I discovered that a few numbers did not print out on the calculator properly. Apparently my fingers at times did not press hard enough on the calculator numbers. So I re-did the reconciliation making sure that the number on the calculator matched the number in the checkbook, and - - finally - - I was able to get figures to match which confirms the correct balance in the checkbook. WHEW!!! After the previous month's fiasco of finding a $10 error not in my favor I really wanted to make sure that THIS month's reconcilation was absolutely totally accurate.

Noah was the first one to rise to the bright sunbeams this morning. Even the woodland residents are enjoying the 50 degree weather today. It would not hurt my feelings any if it could stay this way - - if not a little warmer - - for the rest of the winter. Not much else going on today. My precious boy is keeping me faithful company as I'm writing to you.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and mild greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you're both well, and glad to hear you had sunbeams to enjoy today. Also glad to hear you finally got your checkbook squared away.

Work was mild for a Monday. Oh we got into the 250 range in queue but it died around 3:00. I hope this is a trend and not because of the holiday. Because if it's the latter, tomorrow will be a beast. VTO was called at 4:30 and I took it. But I got stuck on my call until 4:35 and literally just barely missed the 4:45 UPS bus (sure, that one was on time) mad.gif So I gave up 25 minutes pay for no gain on getting home early. Oh well, at least the 5:15 was on time. And I'm taking Thursday off as a floating holiday, so at least the work week will be shorter.

Theresa and Tang both cheerfully greeted me at the door wub.gif and are both well. Tang is still on his can food boycott (sigh) but Theresa is picking up the slack. Poor Tang, I went to give him his shot and he yelped unsure.gif I guess I got him at an odd angle, bless his heart. Otherwise, all is well with nothing new going on.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cheery sunbeam pleasant Tuesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I'm so sorry your precious Tang's insulin shot did not go smoothly last night. I can imagine how upset you were when he yelped. I know you did your very best to comfort him and gave him extra special loves to reassure him.

Sorry your travel connections did not work out yesterday evening with your early dismissal. The "consolation" is that you will have an extra day off this week to be with your precious fur tribe.

Now that I have the checkbook reconciled satisfactorily, I have been able to focus on getting my tax information pulled together for a meeting with my tax preparer. All I need to do now is to print off the summary sheet that I prepare for him and make an appointment to go over the status of things. Need to start working on a grocery list for next week as well.

Noah is doing well. He has greeted the sunbeams and is enjoying the warmth of the space heater as I'm writing to you. Otherwise life is pleasantly tranquil here.

Hello moon_beam. Sunny and pleasant (for this time of year) greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well and enjoying the sunbeams. I hope your taxes go smoothly too.

Work started to shape up like yesterday except our peak was lower. But, alas, it never dropped off with still over 100 in when I left at 5:00. It seems I did not miss any pay yesterday. Since I asked for paid last time (and didn't know it was offered this time) that's what I got.

Travels home were an adventure. Two blocks of Market in front of Republic Bank were blocked off with police, fire, and EMT. So I had to go down to 8th to catch the bus. I told the driver to turn right there or get stuck in a worse detour (the 43 and 15 had already done so) Thankfully, he took my advice, and as he did the update came across his GPS. Word was they had a jumper atop the parking garage. Even with the detour, we ended up being 20 minutes late. But the driver was nice and offered to drop me at the light because of it.

The waifs are starting to come out of their shells more seeking me out when I get home. One was even near the mail boxes (might have been Tabby but I'm not sure) I've gone through 13 LBS of food in 3 weeks with the additional colonies blink.gif So, I guess I'll do my shopping on the way home tomorrow.

Theresa and Tang are both well and greeted me at the door wub.gif Tang's insulin went considerably better this morning and tonight. He seems no worse for wear thank goodness.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny cooler Wednesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad your bus driver graciously accepted your alert about the road blocks and let you off at your stop. With all the unpleasant experiences you have been having lately with bus drivers I'm so glad you finally had a good one again. It doesn't take long for the "word" to get around among the homeless waifs as to where they can find a kind human heart. This is a wonderful blessing to you, my friend, and I know your beloved Sir Thomas is so very proud of you. I can just hear him saying with glowing pride to all the others in the garden: "yep, that's my dad."

My precious Noah is doing well, enjoying the sunbeams. Temps are about 10 degrees cooler today than they have been. It's the beginning of the return to colder temps and rainy type weather with the potential for some frozen whatever mixed in - - a reminder that it is January.

I hope you are able to get your errands done successfully on your way home this evening so that you and your precious companions can enjoy a three-day weekend together. I hope today is treating you kindly at work, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and fair greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both doing well.

Work was about the same as yesterday except the queue was more or less in single digits when I left at 5:00. Travels home were not very timely, but tonight I guess it didn't matter. I was able to get everything I needed, but I forgot the shave gel and razors at Dollar Tree. I think I have enough to slide to next week though.

I had to chuckle when getting food for the waifs. The 13 LB bag of Purina Kit & Kaboodle was .50 cheaper than the 10 LB bag of generic rolleyes.gif Speaking of the waifs, I didn't see any tonight, but then I did get home and out there about an hour later than normal. It is nice to think that Tom is smiling down on my efforts. He is the reason I am a better person than I used to be.

Theresa and Tang were at the door and a bit perturbed at my tardiness. I did explain the reason and they "forgave" me (for now) Both are romping away now. I don't know how they seem to know when I'm about to have a day off - even an unexpected one. I had a devil of a time keeping Tang out of the cabinet trying to get to the big bag of waif food. He didn't seem to get the concept bigger isn't better and that he and his sis get the good stuff already. Both are well I'm glad to say.

I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny cool Thursday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I am so chuckling at your precious Tang checking out the supplies for the homeless waifs - - making sure that everything is in "order" for them, I'm sure. Indeed, our precious companions can sense a change in our behaviors, however subtle or unnoticeable they are to us - - and it's a tribute to you that they let you know they are so very glad they will have you home for an extra day. I can just hear your precious Theresa and little Tang shouting a gleeful "YIPPEEE!!!" I'm sure the homeless waifs were close by patiently waiting and watching for you - - and ever so thankful for your loving provisions.

Today was "bill-a-thon" day working on financials for the upcoming payments due. Yesterday afternoon I got the summary sheet of tax expenses for last year printed off and have an appointment with my tax preparer this coming Tuesday, 1/27, to go over things to make sure everything is in order. My precious Noah is enjoying another day of sunbeams, as am I and the woodland residents. My precious boy has had his lunch and mine is in in the final stages warming.

I hope you have been able to accomplish your chores quickly today so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy most of this day together, and will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Cloudy and cold greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you're both well, and glad you, he and the critters had sunbeams to enjoy. I hope all goes well with your taxes.

I didn't really have any chores today. I did my shopping last night and laundry is tomorrow to keep to the schedule. I just spent the day reading, channel surfing and napping/cuddling with Theresa and Tang. Both are well I'm always happy to say.

I did do a morning feeding for the waifs and am about to put out more in a bit and check the mail. Tang seems to have decided to end his can food boycott which is a relief. He's provided purrs and sandpaper kisses, while Theresa cuddled next to me on the sofa.

Not much else going on with 2 more days off to go. I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy rainy chilly T G I F greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you had a "day off" from chores and errands yesterday, and hope your laundry time today went smoothly and quickly so that you and your precious fur tribe can enjoy most of today together. So glad your precious Tang is once again enjoying the benefit of the canned food. I know this takes a huge concern off your mind. It's always worrisome when our companions refuse to eat the food they normally enjoy - - and they can't tell us why.

Temps for highs are once again in the 30's reminding us of the reality that it is still winter. The radar is very colorful with various shades of blues, greens, yellows, and reds. Fortunately the precipitation over the homestead is forecasted to be mostly rain. Noah is doing well enjoying the warmth of the space heaters.

Cloudy, cold, and possibly rainy TGIF greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both continuing to do well.

Laundry went fine with no people or errant loads. While I was doing this, I did a morning feeding of the waifs. I certainly saw them this morning. I counted 7 in all between the two colonies. Unfortunately I also saw smaller ones being bullied away from the food by bigger ones (sigh) I thought about intervening but decided that would probably just make it worse. I'll look for a larger scoop to put out more food instead.

I had TWC tech out to swap out my old (sometimes malfunctioning) Insight digital remote. Unfortunately, the video mode and cable volume buttons don't seem to work. I do remember the tech saying they don't usually have luck programming the new ones with my make/model of TV. Oh well, between the 2 remotes I'll muddle through. The new one does light up though cool.gif

Not much else going on. In a while, I take out the trash, check the mail and do the evening feeding of the waifs. Then I will tend to Theresa and Tang. Both are well and have given cuddles, purrs and sandpaper kisses today.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi Tracy,

Happy T.G.I.F. snowy evening to you, Lt. Tang, and Princess Theresa. I hope you all are doing well. Around 4 o'clock we had huge snowflakes falling. Like Moon_beam mentioned our radar was very colorful too.

Sounds like you're getting quite a crowd of little waifs. That is so kind and generous of you to feed them and hopefully others will help too. I remember when we first started feeding them here, I would buy small bags of dry food at Kroger. Now I order big 16 lb. bags from Amazon, 2 or 3 a month, plus the can food. Hubby is very generous about putting out dry food. He wants the bandits to have some too if they come by late at night.

We were putting out food tonight and I was putting out a little can food we had left from this morning. The big long haired dark gray and white cat came right up to me and started eating under my hand. I was surprised. I think Smokey was a little insulted or afraid of him.

One morning hubby made the mistake of letting Smokey inside the carport door before he opened the can of food. He had a hard time getting the lid off, so Smokey let out the loudest scream, telling him "you're too slow!" blink.gif I thought hubby had stepped on his foot, but he was just trying to get that lid off.

A few nights ago one of our elderly neighbors, age 87, was checking with people in the neighborhood for her lost cat, had run out of the house. I thought I saw one like it one evening, but I couldn't get to it, although it did eat. Anyway if it stays around in the area, it won't go hungry.

Well, that's all the cat tales for now, so here's hoping you and furbabies have a cozy evening. Always thinking of our little angels, Sir Tom and Mickey. Of course it's too cold for Mickey to send me butterflies, but we were watching the old series Mayberry R.F.D. on TV the other night and I saw a white butterfly flying around in the background of a summer scene. I guess that's another way of sending me one. smile.gif .....TTFN

Hi LMM. Cold and snowy Caturday greetings. I hope you folks had a good TGIF.

Yes, I'm often amazed at the unusual ways our companions find to let us know they are still watching over us. I still sometimes catch a shadow of fur out of the corner of my eye in the bedroom or hallway only to see that Theresa and Tang are both in the living room ph34r.gif

Sounds like Smokey was eager to get at that can food laugh.gif I just hope nobody was hurt in the process. I sure hope you are able to help your neighbor find her runaway cat. That is really just an awful feeling she must be having. Did you tell her you may have seen him/her.

Not much going on here. Me and the kids are just relaxing. Hope you all have a good Caturday and always thinking of Angels Mickey and Tom. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny chilly gusty breezy Caturday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

Sounds like you and your precious fur tribe had a very enjoyable day yesterday, which is always good news. It is best not to intervene too much with the homeless waifs and the interaction of the submissive and dominant ones. This is their "pride", and in each group there is a "pecking order" as to who gets to feed "first" and who has to "wait." This is normal behavior which is another inherited genetic trait from their wild cousins. If you see a waif who may need some "patching up" and you want to try to clean them up a bit, be sure to wear gloves and protective clothing if you handle them - - for YOUR protection.

Have been working today on scheduling payments online and entering payments into the financial log. My precious Noah slept in this morning, but he finally joined me at the big desk top to see what I was doing. The security scan is in process now, and when that is done I will be able to shut down the big desk top until Monday when I will need to make mortgage and insurance payments. It is now getting time to get some lunch in my precious Noah's bowl, which he is reminding me as I'm writing to you, so will get this off to you.

It must seem to you like the past two days have gone by so fast, as today must also be. Still I'm so glad you and your precious fur tribe have had these three days to be together and enjoy each other.

Hello moon_beam. Sunny and a bit warmer (43 now) Caturday greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well. I'm sure it feels nice to have all that work out of the way, and am chuckling at Noah's "gentle" reminder it's feeding time.

When I talk about intervening, I meant perhaps a shout out. Certainly not physically getting involved. Fortunately, the "bullying" has not progressed to any of them getting hurt. From watching their general behavior, I don't think any of these waifs were born wild. in fact, except for the feeding time scuffle, they seem to stick together. Which just makes it all the more heartbreaking. To think that some heartless jerks threw them out like garbage.

Theresa and Tang are both well and have provided excellent companionship today, which has been pretty low key. It started out trudging through the leftover snow to sunny skies and well above freezing temps. Still, not warm enough for balcony time which Tang is berating me for now. As if to day "Daaaaady, make it warmer" Yeah, if daddy could do that, he wouldn't go into work tomorrow or ever again.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny chilly Sunday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

From first hand experience with my precious Noah and beloved companions who are now with the angels, I can soooo relate to your precious Tang's lament about the weather, and looking to you to make it "better." If only we had a little bit of that "power" - - but yet our precious companions unconditionally accept us and love us despite our limitations.

It's a quiet day here with pretty sunbeams at the moment and 50 degree temps. This will be short-lived as more wintry type whatever weather is forecasted for the region beginning later tonight and lasting through Tuesday. If the homestead and surrounding area is included in this incoming weather, I may need to reschedule my appointment with my tax preparer. This will not be a problem.

Looking at the clock you may be on your way home to your precious fur tribe, or will soon be on your way home. My precious Noah is letting me know that it's time for me to get some lunch in his bowl as well, so will get this off to you. I hope today is treating you kindly at work, and that your travels are safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, cozy evening.

Cloudy and rainy days greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope the winter weather bypasses you so you don't have to reschedule your appointment.

Theresa gave me a little scare in the wee hours of the morning throwing up - and kept throwing up. Since she never gets sick this worried me unsure.gif So, I took a sick day to take her to the vet. I thought maybe she'd gotten into something, but tox screen came back OK. The vet thinks it's a virus so I got some general antibiotics to give her (no fun there) I've been watching her and she seems to be doing much better. Better safe than sorry I say. Tang has been keeping vigil too.

Other than that, it's been a fairly calm day. Right now she's watching for birds and squirrels out the sliding door, which is probably a good sign. Tang is napping on the bed.

Not much else going on here right now. I hope today has been kind to you and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN
