Hi Jan, Tasha and Noushka are so beautiful. Today is my first day posting on other's topics, I hope I do ok. I hope you are having a good day today and I'm thinking of you, Madi, and Dottie. Thanks Sonya
Yes my angel girls sure are beautiful.
Brutus looks adorable and he so reminds me of my black lab Soot, who left us almost 18 years ago.
It's good to see you posting on here now. I hope you will find comfort on here as I have . There are so many wonderful people who really do understand and care about each other.
I've looked at your messages and you are doing so well. I love the special shelf that you have made for Brutus, it's a lovely idea. I also have the little box that Noushka's urn was in , in our bedroom, along with photos of her and Tasha, and like you I kiss the photos every night before getting into bed. We buried Noushka's urn in the garden next to Tasha where they used to love to sit in the shade. We planted snowdrops and spring flowers all around them.
I hope that you are having a good Thanksgiving Day. Brutus will want you to be happy.
Well I'll say goodnight now as its 11pm here in UK.
God bless and sweet dreams .
Thinking of you.

Aww , thanks Madi and Sonya, glad you liked the pic. I love that one, Noushka has her favourite rope toy, they used to play pulling it. I still have it here along with balls and other toys. It was taken a few years ago so I think Tasha would be about 6 or 7 and Noushka 1 or 2. OHH Sigh ...... what happy memories, I must keep thinking of those times.
Thinking of you both and all my other new friends on here. Thankyou all so much for helping me through this desperate time. Dottie if you read this I hope Styx Kitty is doing ok. I love all the pics you've been doing for me and everyone. They are beautiful.

Hi Jan,
So very beautiful!!! I wanted to let you know that I'm almost done enhancing Noushka in her pink bow. Right now, I have it bordered and framed in different shades of pink to match her bow. It looks a bit like Pepto Bismol though. Once I add text and graphics, it's easier to know what border and frame colors will look best. Here's what I have in save as Number seven in the woorks so you'll know what I mean ...
http://i913.photobucket.com/albums/ac331/M...a_Pink_Bo-2.jpg
No worries, I can still change the color of the borders and frames. I cleaned up her fur, enhanced the photo, cropped it and a bunch of other things. Thanks so much for your patience. Hugs!!! How awesome the photo is of Tasha and Noushka you just posted in the garden! I saved it to file and will host it to work on later. Simply stunning and so very adorable! I love them so much!
I'm also working on Ulriich for Madi, more of Brutus and one of the two for BlessedByMolly. Trying to do several at a time then perform more maintenance and coming back to do more on each one, saving each step before adding animation because, as I said before, one cannot edit after glitter graphics, sparkles and animation or Photobucket stops all the animation making it look like a still shot.
Please know that you and all of you are in my thoughts and prayers!
I Wish You and your Fur Kid Angels Peace!
Always,
Dottie xoxoxox

Thanks Dottie, that is adorable already, I love it. As you can see Noushka has beautiful 'biscuit' tipped ears, looked like she had gold dust on her ears. Apart from the ears she was pure white the same as Tasha.
I love that photo of them in their garden, they had just had a tug of war game with the rope, and Noushka won on that occasion. Tasha is looking at her as if she's thinking 'I'll getya next time' .

Love your photos Jan, pets seem to be the main reason why people have to up size their beds all the time I suspect. I have actually fallen out of bed while balancing on the edge of it trying to avoid disturbing the cat or dog, plus I whacked my head on the side table on the way down. Your husband is a good sport letting you post a photo of him Jan, he looks like he is truly being pinned down by Tasha who looks like a big fluffy cuddly toy. Now she would take up serious room on the bed, I shouldn't really complain about my miniature fox terrier and one cat. Thank goodness the kelpies stay in their beds at night, they are grateful just to be let into the house.

Glad you liked the photos , Madi. Make me smile so got to be good.
I've just been watching the videos Dottie sent,on your thread, and husband and I were crying with laughter.
It's 3 months tonight since we said goodbye to our darling girl, so I know its going to be a sad day for us. But Dottie, must have known by sending those videos. She really knows how to bring back that smile. I must try and keep thinking of all the happy times.

Jan I am doing better..I have been laughing alittle which is good.

It's just so wierd not having him around...he so relied on me and my whole life revolved around him..even more than the other dogs. Every decision we made was based on Brutus..from the vacations we took, to the kind of houses we bought (no steps)...everything...should we bowl this year? What kind of boat would be best for Brutus? We need a bigger 5th wheel camper for Brutus. I mean everything!...and I wouldn't of had it any other way...the other dogs are different..of course they rely on me for food/water/shelter/love...but they don't NEED me like Brutus did...it's very strange and unnerving.
Imiss him so very much....I love posting pics of him on here and talking to him on here..I don't know why but it makes me feel better.
My anger with myself is getting better but I still have those moments of if I did the right thing at the right time. We've been keeping very busy with the two houses and that is a tremendous help to keep me from falling into a deep depression. It's truely amazing how much I think about him...it's constant, but the thoughts are getting more and more of good times.
This probably sounds strange but my husband and I talk to each other in the Brutus..aka Pooh.. dog form...for instance...Pooh says supper's ready, Pooh says pick your crap off of the bedroom floor..lol...it's usually me that does it and I have been doing that for a good 5 years..it's a hard habit to break...the other day my husband said "Chuck says..." (Chuck is Radar's nickname) and I got very angry...that type of conversation was always "Pooh says" and I started crying and told him to please never do that again...it's actually something very stupid to get angry/upset about, but it really bothered me...I don't know guess we are alittle strange..lol.
But I am getting better. I hope you are too...I hope your good memories outweigh your sadness...they really wouldn't want us to be sad all the time.
Hugs to you and your snow white angels,
Brutus' Mom

Hi Jan, I found the photo of "Sooty" and oh he was so cute and shiny and cuddly looking, he does look like Brutus. Being on Sonya's link, I thought it was a photo of Brutus as a pup. I also love the photo of Tasha doing her workout on your stepper and in front of the TV no less, where we all do our workouts LOL! Didn't Dottie do a great job on Noushka's pink ribbon picture too, you are a pink person like me, I either have pink are purple ribbons on all my creatures, including the boys!! Take care.

Hi Madi, glad you found the photo of Sooty, he's a lovely boy. Left us almost 19 years ago. A few months later we got our Tasha. Noushka followed 5 years later. Bless them all.
Yes Tasha always had to do what we were doing , I have pictures of her on my daughters trampoline as well, ha. And as you say where else do we do workouts, other than in front of the TV, ha.
Excuse the carpet and decor, we did re-vamp the place shortly after, that awful carpet was down when we bought the house, urggh !!! no accounting for taste, eh.
I loved all the pics of Brutus and Sonyas other babies. They really made me smile. After crying of course, as Brutus so reminds me of Sooty. The snow picture made me think of the girls with snow on their noses, so, yes I did have a little cry, but, I loved them , and the dressing up ones were great.
We must try and all find more like that, as it's so good to 'smile' again.
You got me right, I am a 'pink' person. Also mauve. I loved the pic Dottie did of Noushka in her 'pink' bow. I have one with Tasha somewhere also in a pink bow, must try and post it on here. Also got some of her in sunglasses and sunhat, bless her.
Hope you and other friends reading this are ok today.

Hi jan,
I used to have one of those bicycle things, you know the ones without any wheels that you set up next to a window or the TV so you don't get bored while exercising? Well I found that really boring and it didn't last long. I then had the running machine in the house where I would listen to music while I ran, but it took up too much room so it is now down in the bottom shed. I spent the afternoon rolling bales of hay over today, so that was my exercise for the day and the dogs and cat helped too, so that's their workout too. Bonnie has been banished to the laundry again tonight because of her obsession with rolling in cow poo. I have a pink room, an apricot room and a purple room and my grand daughter hates all of them, she is a blue person. Poor child, her room is pink, her bedspread is pink, every thing's pink. Did you notice Gin Gin's pink coat in my photos? he is a boy and I even bought him a pink coat.
I hope you and everyone is coping today too Jan, it's getting near Christmas and I think it's making us all a bit jumpy because we miss out babies so much. Hugs.

Hi Madi
I had to laugh, about our similar excercise routines, even though I spent most of the day crying as I put the christmas tree up and found the girls reindeer antlers. Oh dear(excuse the pun) that set me off. Missing them so much. Last Christmas Noushka was fine and trying to 'help' with the decorating . Oh it doesn't seem possible that she's gone.
Looks like I won't be going to the Sammie championship show. I did decide Iwould like to go, but no offers of transport, unfortunately I don't drive. What a mistake not learning as I am so dependent on others at times like this. Only myself to blame there as I did have every opprtunity to learn. Hated it though and thought the world would be a much safer place without me on the roads, ha.
Oh it sounds so idyllic to me , your life on the farm. I used to love 'hay time' up in Yorkshire as a child. Rolling the bales and supposedly helping the farmer.
Sorry to hear that Bonnie had been banished because of the 'poo' rolling. Hope she's all sweet smelling again now !
Hope you are doing ok. Thinking of you .

I wanted to put two more blue stars in the upper corners, but could tell that I was about to receive that infamous "Runtime Error" which would not have allowed me to continue. No worries though since I still have the original one framed with nothing else in it. I've never tried this effect before. The blue is not quite right. Still, I had to hit save and run. Yes I love that picture. They so often did that, and yes it looks as if they are poking tongues at each other, ha.
Tasha would also rear up, wish I could have caught a pic of them both on hind legs, they looked so cute. Always ended up friends, but used to do this typical doggy dominance dance , ooh if only ........
I've been missing them like crazy again these last few days, and have been unable to be of much help to any one on here. Sorry for that. My darling grandson cheered me up yesterday, altho' if you read Sonyas thread you will see that I had a few, 'moments'.
The sun is shining today here in little ole Uk, but forecast is now predicting a 'White Christmas' so that will really set me off. I must just think that the girls will love to see the snow, and just picture them out there playing in it.
Sooty, our old black lab, from years long gone by, used to love digging up the snow. It would fly everywhere, didn't need a snow plough with him about. He was a crazy digger, sand on the beach was his favourite, our garden, our lawn. He was such a swimmer too. Loved the water, just like Brutus. Labs love it don't they. Not my sammies, definitely don't like water and always kept away from it. Luckily because of their coat structure they didn't need to have baths very often. When they did they used to look quite small with all the hair clinging to them, but when dry and fluffed up again, it glistens with silvery lights, quite mystical, thats why I always called them my Angel girls.Oh ................
Thanks for all your lovely comments about my girls, I love that you love them too. This site is so wonderful as we have all got to know such wonderful pets ... and people.
Love and hugs to you all. Lets hope we have a 'good' day today.

Hi, Jan. You'll never guess what I came across yesterday while looking for something else. You see, I want to post a beautiful song and video for Alex parrot titled "Now We Are Free" sung by Lisa Gerrard who I suppose is Enya as I've never heard her real name before, but it's Enya singing and not even in English. I've got no idea what language it is so will have to make an online trip to Babel Fish free translation program. Anyway, it's the song sung in the movie Gladiator right after he finally kills the evil emperor who had murdered his own loving father to get the crown. The Gladiator was mortally wounded though and kept drifting off to Heaven to be with his wife and son who that evil young emperor had slaughtered due to jealousy. It is a very, very, very hauntingly beautiful song, ergo the title: "Now We Are Free."
Well, I was searching for a specific image which is usually titled exactly or close to "Birds in the Hands of God." Oh, it is awesome and I wanted it for that song. The only one I could find in Google Image Search was on someone's MySpace page. It took me forever with this ancient contraption to go through all nine pages of images and I didn't find it. Then, I decided to give it one more go and dissected each image as I came all the way back to page one from page nine filled with hundreds of images. Guess what? The one I wanted was on page one and I had missed it the first time around. LOL. But, there's always a reason ...
Tell me who this looks exactly like. Yes, I found it on one of the pages, have not enhanced it, framed it or even hosted any of the three so will do that today. Does she look familiar ...

That's Noushka bringing you a rose! Oh My Gosh! It gets much, much better. Look at the second image I found there ...

Dang Skippy. That's Noushka and Tasha. I've gotten to recognize them and tell them apart easily. Both are so precious and unique. Notice that it's in the snow and the title of the Native American image is "The Watchers." Jan, I took this as a sign that they're both watching over you, guarding you, loving you so much. I wept. I sure did. Then, I came across the third graphic on that MySpace page. Not an exact match like the others, but extremely similar to Noushka with a facial expression of much thought. It's in the snow too and look at what this third picture says ...

Isn't that amazing, Jan? And, like Albert Einstein, I also do not believe in coincidences. Hon, I think you got visited!!!
Love ya so much!
Many Comforting Hugs to you and your Angel Fur Kids Noushka and Tasha!!!

Oh wait, Jan. I found four! Here's "The Watchers" ...

By the way, there were no other animal photos nor graphics on those nine pages. Lots of pretty flowers, gold and silver glittering jewels and such. But, no other animals. Those are the only four and that's the only place I looked when I went in search of the image that I wanted. Jan, like I said, you got visited!!!
More Big Hugs!!!

Oh Dottie
I can't believe what just happened. I have been crying and really really hurting so much this afternoon. Feeling so bad at how my darling Noushka left me, how sudden and unexpected. How I wasn't with her as she was spending her first night at the vets clinic. How I never got to see her again, after leaving her there for what I thought was tests and treatment. OOh it has been so bad today. The sadness, the guilt, felt as if I was going mad with despair. I came to my Pc and instead of clicking on the forum, which I have been doing on and off all day, I typed Tasha and Noushka into my browser. My topic appeared right at the top of the list, I clicked on it and there was that beautiful picture you just posted of Noushka and the Red Rose(my favourite flower). I read the rest of your posting and saw the other wonderful pics you posted and then the fact that you said 'Hon ., I think you got visited' Well I truly believe that I was. Right at the time when I so needed to be visited. Thankyou, Dottie and thankyou my Angel girls. I sure feel much better now.xx

The red rose is so meaningful , I always scatter red rose petals where my two darlings are in my garden, and also lay red roses.Well if that wasn't a sign they sent through you Dottie.!!!!..Well...I just know it was. It's like the time you posted that first image of the two sammies in the snow. You'd never seen them, yet they were so like them. It was just like looking at a photo of the two of them. Was gobsmacked then as I am now !!!
Thankyou so much, they were letting me know they're ok.And they're looking out for me as they always have done.

Awww, Sweet Jan. {{{{{Hugs!!!}}}}} No, I didn't get visited. Well, sort of. You see ... Well, are you ready to hear this? If not, just let me know and I'll delete this post, Dear One. Believe you me, I am very acutely aware of your pain and feel it, too. Okay, here goes ...Tasha has never left you. Noushka has never left you. Oh, they wander about frolicking and doing all those fun things which made them so happy on this earthy plane. However, they visit you. Often. They give you signs. You're just not picking up on those signs. Me? I'm just "the man with the van" as the saying goes.
I wish you'd been privy to the several psychic readings I gave Bubba when he frequented LS. Hey, it's all still here in print. Call my brother Tony and hear what he says about the many precognitions I shared with him, and I was specific right down to day, place, time (exact time), and exactly what was to happen. He's still amazed. It kind of freaked out my Dad so he asked me to stop telling him things like when the phone was about to ring, a cake was about to fall off the top of the freezer, or when someone was going to get in a bad accident. Stuff like that ...
Jan, we all have this third eye. Most of us lose our gift as children because we're told it's not possible, it's not true and doesn't exist. However, you can't tell animals that it's not real and I'll bet you can share more than one occasion when a fur or feather kid showed signs of seeing or knowing something you did not and when they would have no reason to feel anything other than comfortable, lazy, joyful or what have you. Perhaps someday I'll share some of the really neat stuff about being in tuned with your third eye. As far as Noushka and Tasha, even if you were very psychic, you're also way too involved and in far too much grief to pick up on them. But, you will. You'll see. {{{{{Jan}}}}}
Hey, I'm going to retrace my steps in finding those images and post here where I went, whose MySpace page and forth so you can see for yourself. Nope, not a coincidence. And once more, I'm only the messenger. YOU are the one who got visited, Dear One! Wow!!! I'll be back in a few and give you all the links from the beginning of my journey to the end. Funny how I didn't see that picture staring me in the face on page one. Eh?
Here I go >>>>>

Hi again, Jan. I'm back. First, I went to Google Image search and here's their direct link ...
http://www.google.com/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi&ie=UTF-8Then I typed in the key words: Birds in God's Hands. Please do that then click "Search Image." After that, look at the very first picture in the very first row. That's it! So, I clicked on it.
Oh My God! That is NOT the MySpace page I got. Jan!!! I'm getting a sign now and cannot type through my tears! OMG! Look at the parrots (including Quakers!) and listen to the song. It's Josh Groban singing "To Where You Are" which I post for so many here. That song speaks the truth and Angels really do Breathe. Love does go on and never leaves ... Oh My Gosh ...
Gotta go collect myself. I'll be back with the other image I found and show you where it led me yesterday. Jan! I got a sign, too. They are all watching over us from up above!

Tears!!! Thank you, God!!!
Always,
Dottie xoxoxox
PS. My Most Cherished Immortal Beloved Alex, I got your sign. I Love you and Miss you so much!!! Kisses to Alex!!!
