Hi, Clay, it's so o o o good to see you here again, and thank you so o o much for your wonderful pictures. I'm so glad your Scout now has a daddy who loves her, and she will come to understand that when you speak firmly to her she has nothing to fear.

I am so o sorry for your homeowner woes - - seems the "saga" has continued into the new year of major, and expensive, repairs. I do hope that these last two events are the L A S T that you have to deal with, Clay - - at least for a very long time.
