Madi...so glad to hear your niece is ok...the police should not have let him take that dog...they should of physically restrained him and removed that dog from his hands. I hope the fox terrier is ok...will be sending prayers for him/her and for your niece.

Thanks Sonya, hope the same for you and all of us. I have to be strong especially for my dear grand daughter, who is starting to say again how she doesn't want it to be her birthday, because she doesn't want anything else to die. Hi Sonya, Nat's birthday isn't 'till May 21st, but she is starting with the negativity already. I am determined to turn it into a positive somehow, we will still remember ulriich on that day, but I will have to focus mainly on making her birthday a happy event once again. Of course we have to remember her dad died on her birthday too, so we have such a lot to work through.
My niece hasn't heard from that man as far as I know and doesn't know where he has gone. She fled interstate with her kitten, her only remaining pet, to stay with her son for a while. We are worried sick about that dog, wish I'd been there, that sh*t would be pushing up daises by now. You're always in my thoughts Sonya. My husband Rob said that Brutus had a lovely face and looked intelligent. Rob ccomes from a long line of dog lovers, his whole family love dogs and treat them like kings.

Thanks Anna, yes I do have good days, some down ones too, but thank goodness I have Zelda who is like a shadow, it's like she's taking special care of me. She is pure black with longish shiny fur and a pink collar and bell which tinkles around me all day. How are things with you Anna? I will send you a message on face book.

I am so sorry about your poor baby. He was such a beautiful little kitty. You know, I bet living on a farm was so much fun for him. He got an exciting outdoor life with nature that not most kitties get! I hope that things have gotten somewhat easier for you now. It is so hard dealing with a pet death, especially an unnatural one. The planting of a tree over his grave sounds so wonderful If I could, I'd give you a great big hug right now. xoxo

It has really touched my heart that you have taken the time to read my story when your own grief is so new and devastating. I hope we have found a new and permanent friend in you Molly. It does get easier to cope in time, but I will always miss Ulriich, he was so special. He loved his life so much, and like you, I just couldn't lock him up all the time, he was so sad indoors and so happy out in the hay shed and wood heap and playing with the dogs etc. All he had to do was not go over the road, but he did and I lost my best friend forever. I have another cat called Zelda, (really my grand daughters cat} but I'm hoping she stays here. She got on so well with Ulriich and I feel she is a part of him somehow. It does help to have her around and she doesn't wander at all. I hope things get easier for you in time Molly, you have my blessings and love.

You're so funny Dottie, those clips were so amusing and wasn't that a beautiful looking cat? My granddaughter said she really misses being here and I think your funny posts and videos have a lot to do with it.

I am home and things are looking better. Hopefully my mom will be ok. I wanted to thank you and Jan for emailing my son to check on me that meant alot to me. Sorry I did not have time to let you know what had happened. I am just soooo happy to see our Angel Dottie back. Gosh she seemed to appear right when things where going wrong. I am so glad she is back bringing smiles. I told her I tried to send things to others for a little cheer but I could never take her place. Just so odd how she came back when I had to rush away. There truley are Angels watching over all of us. I hope to catch you on FB later.

OMG!!! they would have to be the funniest videos ever created by man. I was in hysterics watching them this morning. I was on my way to a presentation ceremony and flicked the computer on just to see what you guys were up to before I left.
