Flossie's Mom
Hello my precious girl.... Dad & I are looking at all your digital pictures on our new big screen and since it is a Thursday I wanted to stop by and say hi.

We miss you every day. These pictures are sweet memories for us while also making us sad that you are not with us in our new home. We are laughing and I am also crying of course.

Thanks for all the love you gave and beautiful memories you left us with.

madi
What a pretty little darling, so cute in the Christmas hat and I just love those red nails. They certainly leave an empty space when they go don't they? Hugs.

Thanks Madi. Our picture "tour" Thursday was a reminder of our time & travels with her and I noticed yellow bows, red, pink, & purple. Sometimes we never even got home from the groomer before they were gone though. Obviously having been with us for 17-1/2 years we have lots of memories.

Dottie.......... thanks so much for the thoughts and most of all the beautiful frame for her picture taken on her 17th birthday. Not one of the best of her and you can see her eyes are not as good as they once were but neither are mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again you have brought a smile to someone here who needed it. You are so thoughtful and caring. I hope Styx Kitty is comfortable and wondering how Percy is doing?

You're very welcome and my honor, Ginger. I was going to do some cosmetic repair on Flossie's right (camera left) eye, but many people prefer that I don't and I didn't know if you'd mind. It will only take a couple days since I keep going back to the original framed picture I have in save. I just need to slowly "grab" fur and eye color and do my thing. Heck, one of the ones I did for Alex had a twig and red berry right in front of his face and you'd never know it. Took me forever and a day, but so worth it! I'll point it out to you and show you the original I had to work with. It just takes patience and I've got a lot of that. smile.gif

Also, is there too much pink? Please let me know because I also just noticed that the outer frame is not perfectly symmetrical. Since I can't crop it in Photobucket or all the animation will stop, that would only take a few seconds at the Online Image Editor to correct as I did for Angel Fur Kid Bitsy Girl then replaced the one I had done, but also left the URL link to the other since I never delete any images I make for all our Angel Fur and Feather Babies. So, do you mind if I take a few days to work on Flossie's eyes? Or would you rather I just correct the symmetry of the outer frame?

If you don't mind me working on Flossie's eyes to bring them out and take away the dark line on the camera left side, you can also let me know if you'd like more pink, less pink, no pink, lighter pink, darker and so on. Working on doggie's eyes is easy. Like I said, it just takes a bit of time to get the colors perfect. Cat's eyes are more difficult due to the "diamond" shaped pupils. Still, can do. She is so very beautiful, Ginger! Please let me know if you would mind me working on and around her eyes in the photo. I give you my solemn word that all's fine if you'd rather not as that's most understandable.

She is so precious and obviously so very loved! And, it's also very obvious how much she loves you, too! wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif

Many Comforting Hugs to you and your Angel Fur Kid Flossie!!!

I Wish You Peace!!!

Dottie,

It would be great for you to fix her eyes as that has always bothered me about this picture but her eyes were not as clear as they once had been. You are free to tone down the pink if you think it would look better. I do appreciate what you do for all of us who are unable to do such fine enhancements.

Funny you can see how she looked at me. Something that people always noticed in person. She depended so much on me for so much from age 3-1/2 on and she watched me most of the time. She could sense when I was out of the room even when her hearing was bad and would wake up from a sound sleep & look around for me.

I feel like I had her as long as most people have a child since she was over 17-1/2. Longer than most marriages today!!!!

Thanks much again Dottie..... you are an Angel for sure.

{{{{{Ginger}}}}} I want to keep you posted so you'll know I've not forgotten. Working by "grabbing" the actual colors within the photo or image then using those colors to draw does take some time. But, I did go to work on it straight away and love enhancing photos and images. The bigger the challenge, the better. Hugs!!! I don't know if you read the post I made in the Pet Loss Support area offering to enhance any and all Fur and Feather Kid photos when I explained the process since I do them in stages. Well, this is the first stage. I always save the blank (most of the time black in color) bordered and framed photo. That way, I can keep saving before I get timed out and tossed off Photobucket. Of course, I come back and continue. Doing this, especially for Angel Fur and Feather Kids, is enormously gratifying to me and I feel so honored that you said it's okay to work on Flossie's eyes. Bless You, Hon!

Unfortunately, once I use any animated text or graphics, Photobucket will allow me to continue, however all animation and glitter stops making it look like a still shot photo. And, that ain't good enough for our Rainbow Bridge Babies. Not by a long shot. So, I want you to see what I have thus far. I'm not happy yet with Flossie's muzzle fur color especially where it's right below her eyes and on her forehead. Please bear in mind that I'll fix that. Okay? Even though I'm not yet done wither her eyes, they are coming out surprisingly well. I was even able to "grab" her brown eye color and enhance that, too. Lovely!

What I'll do is to put the original photo on the top and what I have thus far on the bottom. Okay? Please, please, please ... If you have any preferred colors in mind, do let me know. Oh, I will remember about not using all that pink. And here they are for you to compare and see what I've done so far. Like I said, please don't freak out about her muzzle and forehead fur colors. It just takes some time. Still, I wanted you to know I am working on Angel Fur Kid Flossie's photo and thank you so much for this honor! And here's the before and after to date ...

See? It's getting there, Ginger. Thank you so much for your patience.

Many Comforting Hugs to you and your Angel Fur Baby Flossie!!! wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif

Merry Christmas my beautiful Flossie

Since you were such a pill about most people, cats & dogs I hope you have found Doofus that you loved so much and played with even after you became crippled & he was blind. Dad & I loved watching you two in the middle of the floor and calling you "Blindeylocks & Crip" as he swatted at you while you tried to run around him in a circle.

Today is also Grandma's Birthday so I hope you have found her by now. She will love you as much as we do I'm sure even though she was more a cat person. She used to comment on us and our "livestock" since we had cats & dogs during the time she lived with us. Like you, she lived quite a long life and we felt a great loss when she had to leave us too.

We are snowed in so will be at home with WeeBee & Jingles. I have you in my heart today and everyday.

Love, Mom & Dad
