Hi,

I thought I would start a thread to add more pictures of Zeus and Zena. I hope I’m not overloading the website, but I have more of them that I would like to share. It helps a lot to talk about our beloved pets and to also let everyone see their beautiful, shining faces so we can place a face to the name. Thank you all for the wonderful support you’ve given me for the past couple of weeks.

These photos of Zeus and Zena are heartwarming. Thank you for posting them. It really is so nice to see these; makes me smile to see the love in their eyes, a reflection of your love for them. Zena has such a soulful, deep look in her eyes, and Zeus is striking. Both gorgeous.

Thank you so much for your comments. They are very appreciated. I'm grateful that I got some good pictures of them in their later years so I could have them to look back on. It sounds like you have a network of friends and co-workers at work who are being supportive. I'm glad to hear that the first day back went okay, and I hope that with each passing day, it gets easier for you.

Thank you, Moon_Beam. You are always such a caring person who has some very sage advice on this forum. I am doing better. I still have these moments where Zena comes to mind and I miss her terribly, and then I think about Zeus too and how I miss them both, but I think I'm recuperating nicely from the initial grief. As I said in another thread, doing different things, including coming on here, has helped me greatly. I hope you're doing well also, and I look forward to reading more of your posts, as always.
