I have been really missing you lately Callaway. We got a snow storm this weekend and I can just picture you digging your face in the snow. I miss throwing snowballs to you, you loved to catch them. I miss playing hide & seek with you. I just wish I could give you a really big hug. It will be 15 months this Thursday that I made the awful decision to let you go... I'm not sure if I will ever get over making that decision... I sure hope I do because I did it out of love for you... I hope I didn't make the decision too soon.
I love you Walla!!!

Thinking of you Rhapsedy, 13 months for me tomorrow. Brutus so loved the snow too, I bet he and Callaway are playing in it right now together!
Many Hugs,
Sonya

Thinking of you, too. Where does the time go? Callaway knows you made the decision out of love.

Hi, Rhapsedy. The anniversaries are a challenge sometimes regardless of how much time passes since we shared our earthly journey with our beloved companions. Callaway is with you still, Rhapsedy, although our memories aren't the same as having the sweet warm physical bodies of our beloved companions snuggled next to us.
Rhapsedy I hope the next few weeks will be peaceful for you. May your heart be filled with the comfort and joy of your precious Callaway's sweet Living Spirit.
Peace and blessings,
moon_beam

Thanks Cheryl. Sometimes it feels like it was yesterday and sometimes it feels like years.

Thanks Moon_Beam!
Anniversaries are hard and the snow just sent me over the edge. I am smiling now when I think about him but I still have that ache in my heart at times. He was a beautiful creature and he totally changed my life. I just pray he is happy wherever he may be.
