I'd like to thank moon_beam who, in a way, was an inspiration for this poem. You frequently mention in your posts about "Heaven's Sweet Gate" and I kind of fell in love with the idea. I was just lying in bed (it's 12:40 am over here) thinking about it, then this poem popped into my head. I had to turn the laptop on to write it.

And to my sweetheart Daisy: I look forward to the day when you are there to meet me at the Gate I love you.
