I read your private message and am working on a reply to you. And, Of course I don't mind you sending it to me. I sure do hope you get a good night's sleep so you'll be well rested and up to throwing some stuff around, breaking things that hopefully are not expensive and punching a bunch of pillows. Thanks for reassuring me that you'll be careful not to hurt anyone. I already knew you wouldn't, but it's necessary that I type that in or tell people in person because my license requires that I cover my butt by adding such disclaimers. Yes, even though I'm retired, I'm still licensed. Thank you for understanding.

Okay, I ain't covering my butt right now when I remind you not to hurt yourself either. This is me being a pal. Some people get all caught up in their hitting sessions and forget that walls are very hard thus can and do break bones when you punch said walls with your fists. Honest, it happens.
