Happy Belated Birthday to Keeper, Little Guy and Little Girl
I love black cats. I've had 3 over the years and here you had 3 all at once!
My last black cat had such personality. Our neighbors nicknamed him Rambo...................
They would each be 18 now and I know how much you miss them but I am positive that you have many, many memories and that they had a wonderful home with you. That does not stop the missing them or wishing their time with you had been longer I'm sure. How blessed they were to have you as well as you to have them.
Hopefully Lucky will be with you for a very long time to help fill your heart and home with the love only a cat can give.

Happy Belated Birthday from me, too, to Little Guy, Little Girl and Keeper....what a lovely trio of black kidlets!! And there IS always something very special about the black ones, isn't there?
Little Girl looks so much like my "little guy" (Sabin), all cozied up yet watchful in a favourite 'perch', with those big eyes just gleaming. ***sigh*** I know it's always so hard to mark these dates, every year, with nothing but memories to sustain us.

,
But don't forget, all the same -- you and them, all one soul group, forever more and nothing in the universe with the power to ever change that.

Hi Judy!
Happy, Happy, Happy B-day to Little Guy, Keeper, and Little girl!
I hope they had a wonderful b-day at the Rainbow Bridge with all the toys and treats they wanted. I'm sure they had a great time playing and romping around with the other kitties. What a big birthday bash it must have been (I bet it is still going on)

Thank you, Ginger, for the beautiful comforting words about my 3 babies. And, for the recent well-wishes.
Your description of your Rambo makes him sound kind of like my Lucky. Every special one who comes into our lives, no matter what species, really has their very own personality.
I noticed in my 3....siblings yet distinct personalities. And, of course, now Lucky..who also has his own personality.
One thing I think I have noticed is that no matter who it is, their eyes lock on us and never look away. Some may call that "Devotion".
I prefer to think of it simply as "LOVE".
Thanks again for being here.

Eva,
I appreciate your wonderful words and thoughts. My heart is with you and Jimmy.
Your description of Attila made me smile. We can all use smiles, can't we?
I know what you say comes straight from your heart and that is why I thank you for stopping by and talking to me.
Hugs from me to you and Jimmy...that precious boy of yours.
Thank you again for your special words. R.I.P. yes, peace was all I could give them when they needed help.
I am grateful for the many years they were here where I could hug them. Sometimes I wonder if we should start each day looking at our babies and hug them extra special for that is another day they are with us.
Hugs and love to you and Jimmy...please give him a special kiss and hug from me.

Furkidlets Mom: YES, there is something special about the black ones. I fell in love with my first one at the age of 10 (mine not hers), with a cat belonging to a neighbor. But I didn't get one until that feral mom delivered her brood in my backyard that Memorial Day in 1991 and so, I not only got one...but I got three beautiful babies. I watched them learn from each other and their Mom.
My first experience raising babies and "teenagers" and then senior citizens.
Sabin must have been one pretty baby cause I always thought the Little Girl was special in her own way. She had the sleek, black, shiny short hair, while her brothers were my teddy bears, all medium haired and fluffy.
You always know how to say it all so well. Your closing words of:
But don't forget, all the same -- you and them, all one soul group, forever more and nothing in the universe with the power to ever change that.
The comfort in those words is overwhelming. Thank you for making a special day even more special with comfort thoughts.
Hugs,
Judy
