My 11-month-old son Joey is already an animal lover like me. I got him 10-week-old Sebastian last week and they love each other already.

Who was it said that cats and children together are a bad idea? I beg to differ! And so do these 2 little babies. I've uploaded 4 pics if you scroll down.

I can see them both in 15 years time; Sebastian will be an elderly cat totally devoted to teenage Joey.

Your pics of Sebastian and Joey are absolutely adorable Gillian. Watching them grow up together must bring you many smiles. You have talked of Joey in many of your other postings and I had always hoped you would post a pic of him someday. Joey is really a beautiful baby boy, especially with his big blue eyes. In 15 years the girls will be lined up at your door.

With all the love you have in you, Joey was bound to be an animal lover. He couldn't miss!

Two beautiful babies beginning a life together...how wonderful is that?

It looks like they are on their way to being very special friends! Young kids and young animals do not seem to pay much attention to who is what species. the kid is just a big bald cat, and the cat is just a little hairy playmate, and they watch each other grow up.

Here is a picture that has been going around the Web for years, but I always especially loved it, as they pose together, trying for the same positions! What friends.

I think I see...ever so faintly in the background, the huge dark eyes of a lovely little CKC...filled with pride, vigilantly watching his little brothers grow!

I just love the picture where Joey is looking straight at the camera. What a PRECIOUS little boy you have. He and Sebastian are forming a lifelong bond and I am so happy to see it from the beginning. Please keep posting their pictures and updating us on their bond. You are truly Blessed!

I never believed that kids and kittens didnt go together either, I think that if a child is exsposed to an animal that they learn responsibility and how to love and care for another living being. And by the look of that charming and wonderful picture of your son Joey and his kitty that that lifelong bond is well on it's way. Cudos to you !
