I have found a wonderful site catchannel.com. It has several message boards from kittens to problems we all face at one time or another with our precious ones. It helped me finalize my decision regarding my choice of foods. I'm going with Natural Balance for so many reasons. They have the lowest ash content at 1.9% and it has had rave reviews since it is recommended by vets for cats with allergies. It is also very affordable for our multi cat house. I have read the positive reviews and my girls have not thrown up once on it. With ALL the varieties of IAMS they were throwing up at least once a day. I'd have to agree with them. If I was going to eat something that was going to make me throw up, I wouldn't want it either.
Also on a lighter note, Natural Balance was created by Dick Van Patten which was the Father in the 1980's hit "Eight is Enough" and who wouldn't trust Dick?
