My God Ken, that tribute to Tommy was absolutly beautiful. With all those wonderful pictures and the music. God the music. The words really captured how you feel about Tommy. What is the name of the song? Watching those clips and the music playing in the background made me cry. Tommy was so lucky to have you. Thank you for sharing your tribute.

Thank you so much for your very kind reply. The song is called "My Child" by a very talented songwriter Ted Pearce and his group Big Methusaleh. It is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard.

I am crying right now. I am so sorry for your loss of Tommy. What a wonderful tribute you've given him! I am so sorry for your loss. It's really hard, isn't it? I know that it gets easier and we eventually face the fact that our babies aren't suffering anymore but it comes at such a price. I will keep you and Tommy in my thoughts and prayers. I feel like I knew him from your video. What a beautiful little soul.

Beautiful tribute to a beautiful cat. Im so sorry for your loss. They become such an important part of our lives and when they pass on its devastating. I also lost my orange tabby this year(June22,07) and I am still learning how to cope without him. My Blade was also 12yrs old and I miss him everyday. I'm so terribly sorry that your Tommy boy is now 'gone', too. (I'd somehow forgotten.....stupid brain cells not working right!!!.....to write you with my own condolences in your other thread for Tommy!! SO sorry!!) As always, your tribute leaves me in tears, wishing the whole world could love these precious ones as much as you and your family love your wonderful Tommy. The song you chose is purrrfect, absolutely....and exactly - Tommy is your CHILD, and always will be. And the pictures of this kindly, sweet soul.....I couldn't stop crying......you're one of THE Best Daddies there ever could be. You and Tommy were definitely made for one another.....TWO big sweethearts, you are.

Thank you so much for viewing the video, Stephanie, Shane, and Furkidlet's mom. I've been away awhile trying to heal emotionally. Tommy was very special to us and his death has hit us very hard. I can be thankful for a few things. Tommy didn't suffer when he died. He knew that we loved him very much and we got to pet on him a lot those last couple of days. Also, I am thankful that I have friends here who know how I feel about this. The people at work haven't said much to support me but I am thankful that at least no one there said anything horrible about Tommy's passing.

Shane, your tribute to Blade was beautiful. You can tell from the photos that Blade was a gentle soul who had a very loving home.

Thank you again, everyone. I hope that we all heal soon and have lasting good memories about our little furkids who have left us.
