It's 11 months today since my sweetest & dearest Furry lost her battle against heart disease - I miss her so much every day. I just wanted to show you her headstone, she loved being in the garden, but now I can't enjoy it without her.

Furry's Mom, You're tribute to Furry is absolutely breath taking. I can tell that you took a great amount of effort, time, and love in deciding Furry's final resting place. I'm sure she had a wonderful, loving life with you as her Mom.

Dear Judith:
Furry's

final resting place in her garden is absolutely beautiful! I know that she will always & forever live on in your heart.... but, you will have many memories sitting with her in your breathtaking garden, together.

Judith, I was thinking of you the other day. What I beautiful headstone!!! We did something similiar. I know it's been tough, hope things are getting a little better day by day. I do great for long periods, but the loss is still there and I have a bad day here and there. Hopefully, Furry and Misty are happily running around together. Good job on the headstone and many hugs your way...Amy

Oh, Judith, what a beautiful headstone. I fully understand having a hard time enjoying your garden without Furry. But you know, gardens are special, too, in their way, filled as they are with growing, beautiful, living things, and I know your precious kitty wouldn't want you to not enjoy it because she had to leave you for a while. There are still the birds and squirrels, maybe you could enjoy your garden a little through their eyes. I don't want to push, though -- if it makes you sad, it makes you sad, and that's okay. Maybe next year, then. In the meantime, you've created a beautiful tribute to Furry, and she loves you for it.

Thank-you everyone - it is beautiful, & having her photo on it makes it seem like she is still there somehow.

Furry's headstone is beautiful and its a very fitting monument to your girl. She would want you to enjoy the garden though. Its a place where you both spent so much time together, and I am sure that she is still there in spirit.
