My Buddy
Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share a new photo of our new family member, Auggie, he is 9 wks old, full of puppy wonder and excitement and sweetness galore. We are so happy to have him in our lives, its been 15 yrs since we have taken care of a baby dog again, so we are adjusting to the activity level, napping, crate training, and crying at night, actually very little of that now. He is a wonderful guy. Our heart is still full with the memories and love of our first boy Hrudey, but we move ahead in his memory. We feel him with us all the time.

OMG Auggie is cute! What a face. It is interesting to have a baby in the house again! Thank you for this picture, I'm grinning all over to see him. Just makes me want to kiss that baby tummy. I love his name too. Auggie is so cute.

I doesn't change how you feel about Hrudey. It's nice to have joy in your life again.

I wish you all years of love and joy.

Love

WOW...look how big he is already, and only nine weeks old! He's a beauty. When Lucy1Josie2 commented on "hope chewing not to bad" I thought " if he does chew they'll come home and find the whole dining room table in splinters! laugh.gif

What a cute puppy Auggie is!! It's good to see you inviting a new furkid like him into your home. As he grows you can learn all about his personality and quirks. Congratulations! biggrin.gif

My Buddy
Hi Everyone,
thanks for responding to your new boy, Auggie...so we are in that phase of not completely knowing his name yet...and the word "No" is shaky... I haven't had a chance to get to the computer due to SO MUCH TO DO WITH THE LITTLE FUR BALL...its wonderful, but boy do you forget the puppy crazies....we need to enroll in a puppy preschool class immediately. Talk about chewing!!, everything is victim...we love him, he's definitely his own little person, different than our boy, although my memory could be only remembering the good times, you know how that goes...I keep saying Hrudey would never have done that or this...the little buddy is awake at 5:00 am each day, and full of rambunctiousness...I am not sure how to spell that...you are all so kind and so supportive, thanks for the input. I will update you as we go along, only a few accidents to report because we are ON IT, when it comes to housebreaking, and the crate is a wonderful thing, he likes to go in it on his own too...More later, I'd better go he's chewing on the plants...again....Bye for now, and lots of love, Tory, Hrudey and Frank's Momma...so we went to the vet...and I have to say what a difference, used to be a place of fear for both myself and my boy, now its celebration time again...I feel badly for those sitting there with their older guys...its hard not to feel afraid of going down that road again, but hopefully we have some time and can do more now to prevent so much that we didn't know about 15 years ago....anyway much love to you all wub.gif
My Buddy
I wanted to share a new photo...he kind of reminds me of a polar bear cub...I don't know if polar bears also sport the razor sharp baby teeth, he is definitely exploring with his mouth right now, its hard not to react when he's got your finger between those teeth... but I woke up the morning with him sleeping next to me...so what can I say, I guess I'll keep him..oh yes John the chewing you mentioned, I wouldn't be surprised either, there is nothing that's not a possible chew object, puppy proofing is hard, we just put everything away...he also loves to grab the toilet paper off the roll in the bathroom and run with it out of the room, yes for real..so bathroom doors closed forever...and I introduced him to the bathtub, he crazy for it, scratching at the door to climb in and "run" and "dig" in the tub, its hilarious biggrin.gif rolleyes.gif that wasn't the smartest thing to do on my part..but oh well...I am off again to protect the house and my child from this wild animal tongue.gif

What a precious, cute, sweet lil' guy......who I'm sure will be growing right before your eyes.... wub.gif

He's gorgeous.... give him lots of kisses & belly rubs from us.

Peace & Love,

My Buddy
Hi Denise, you make me smile because that's exactly what he likes, belly rubs and scratches, both his feet go like crazy, the old sewing machine leg, but both at once, very cute, tongue.gif thanks for the support, it was strange at first but now he's getting to be a real part of the family, it takes a little time, but I realize now he is his own person, nothing like by first boy and in a way thats a good thing.....all the best to you, XXOO Tory
