Today is Sadie's birthday. May 31st. I thought I would a wreck today but I'm doing ok. I'm a little sad when I think about how she isn't here with me anymore, but, like I've been doing for the last 16 years, I sang happy birthday to her anyway, and told her how old she was. I'm not sure if she understood but she liked the attention.
