In the Summerland, where all things are made new, there is a beautiful woman, tall and slender, with a massive shock of wavy dark hair, huge dark eyes, and tender, gentle hands. No saint on earth, or angel of heaven ever was kinder, or more empathetic with animals, especially the very young, especially the very old, the lost ones , the sick ones , the frightened. With her, are my beloved Mackie bear, who always charged ahead of his loved- ones to make sure things were safe, a flock of pampered kitties, a sweet little ##er spaniel named Dutchess, and a feisty terrier named Foxy Mae, my little Louie, my green iguana Samantha, and the great horses Barbaro, and Secretariat, whom she loved from afar. Some of them have been waiting for her at the bridge for nearly ninety years.
My mother is new there herself, as of February 8, but I'm sure she has already learned where to find the best catnip and jerky-treats. She will greet your sweet babies with a dazzling smile and an open hand. She will throw their balls, and rub their tummies, and revel in their purring, tirelessly, until you can do so again yourselves...in the Summerland, where all things are made new.

I'm so sorry you lost your mom. This is just beautiful. It gives me comfort to think of her being met by so many and meeting and loving so many. I hope it does you too. I'd love to know your moms name.
Do you think you could ask her to try to find my Moose kitty and give him a tummy rub from me? I would be very grateful, mom.
Blessed Be

I'm sorry you lost your mom. That must be very difficult. Could you ask her to find my Rajah and give him a belly rub too. She'll get lots of kisses from him in return. I miss him so much! Thanks!

I am so sorry to read about your mother...*hugs*.... I know she has a lot of requests now, but do you think you could maybe ask her to look for one more doggie? My Caesar? He's a keeshond. He's furry. And I miss him so much. Just until I can be with him again in the Summerland... It would mean so much. thanks.....
*hugs* and comfort to you and your family at this time... Please take care. Blessed Be.

Perhaps your mom is there with my mom. My mom too loved all the creatures big and small. I know they are watching over all the furbabies that are in summerland. Why I bet my mom is even rocking my Gizzy in a rocking chair. Gizzy loved to be up on my shoulder while I rocked her. And I know she is helping your mom give the belly rubs, looking into their gorgeous eyes and kissing their noses. I can almost see the furbabies scampering around them

I know they will love them and tell them every day that their families will join them someday soon.
I miss you so very much my Katie and Gizzy....
