I moved back into my home office last month. Of course I got a new office mate and desk partner to help me out with things

awww what a little cutie! Well, not so little, Simba II is getting to be a very big boy! Isn't it adorable when they curl up in odd places like that? I'm sure he is a big help too!

Yes, Simba II is getting big... length, height, and width.. LOL
He was an underfed cat when I got him and I knew that wasn't going to last long.

He is just too adorable! Alley used to love boxes too, she would jump right in the minute you put one on the floor, whether there was anything in it or not!

He has such a handsome face. I just love those long whiskers!

What a fitting and proper christening of your office space and supplies! Dontcha just love the charm of cats' curiousity?! Whatever fool ever said that cats aren't sociable obviously didn't watch them for more than 5 minutes! So glad to see you're well on your way to filling up a 'photo album' for Simba II! He's such a great Daddy's Little Helper, isn't he? And he looks like he's always ready to purr at the drop of a hat!

These are great pictures, thanks for them. I still love how much he helps his daddy. Our new guy, Majik is a BIG helper. It's so darn cute. Simba II is so gorgeous.

Of course you couldn't leave him underfed! It makes me smile to know what a good home he has. Poor little Majik was so underfed you could feel all his little hip bones, that didn't last long either. I just love seeing a baby come home underfed and with dull fur go to a beautiful boy like your Simba II. His fur is wonderful, and that face!

What a cutie .... Simba II has gotten bigger! He is VERY HANDSOME, TOO!!

I just love all animals - (furcats especially, no surprise there) !

It's funny, pet stores have so many different toys out for cats... And yes, I have purchased a lot of them.
But, we've learned that our kids prefer: an open sock/underwear drawer, a piece of paper crumpled into a ball or a box to play in <-- just like the ones that Simba is enjoying .

With regard to boxes, I definitely have to remove every bit of tape, because Lucy will start licking it, and she wants to eat it. Something about tape....I understand it's not that unusual for cats.

One thing I really regret about "Simba I" is not getting many pictures of him when I had the chance I will be taking plenty of pictures this time though...

Ya, it is funny the things cats will make their toys and forts. Leave a paper bag or box laying on the floor and it becomes there fort. I cut the flaps of those big yellow manilla envelopes and toss them into the air. They float down spinning really fast and Simba goes bonkers over them trying to catch them.

His favorite is the feathers and bell on a plastic stick. Of course all the feathers are gone now and it is just a bell on a stick but he still loves it. Just one jingle and he comes running.

I went to get a cup of coffee and Simba stole my chair! I love the look on his face... as if he was actually teasing me about it. What a shot... LOL

I know what you mean about not having enough pictures of Simba I. I have about a dozen pictures of Alley but its not nearly enough. I wish I had had my digital camera when I was with her, because then I would have hundreds!

I have a Lazy Boy in the living room, Majik 'steals' it from me every time I get up to check dinner. Then we have to 'fake tussle' to see who gets it. Most times, it's him.
