My wife & I drove to Windsor last night ( December 24th) to be with her family there. What happened that night was very unexpected. A friend of her brothers was looking for a good ferret home (she gave him the 3rd degree about the good home) and we have now taken possesion of a new family member. She is completely albino and only two. Since she came to us on Christmas eve so we decided to call her "Angel". She is a TOTAL IMP. We love her already. I posted a picture of Angel below. She will dwell in Chases old house. I don't think Chase would mind. I held the candle light ceromony in solitude last night. I didn't want to share it. It was our grief we have shared here together. I spoke our babies names. I stumbled a few times but made it thru my list. I am sure I got everybody. I copied down everybodies pets name on a piece of paper and moved forward from there. From Angel, Abigail, Piper and Rusty...peace & love.....and as hard as it was...Merry Christmas

She is an absolutely precious Angel

She's definitely a Christmas miracle, that's for sure. I'm sure that Chase

is looking down from his very beautiful Heavenly home, and he is smiling knowing that Angel will be loved very much.
God Bless You & Yours,

OMG Angel is a doll! So beautiful, the albino coloring is wonderful. She looks like she could tear it up some

I'm sure Chase doesn't mind. I just love the ferret reindeer! I loved the one when Abigail had them on too, just too cute. It was a rough one but Merry Christmas to all of you, a new baby for Christmas is a miracle.

John,
It looks like your wife already knew which home would pass her stringent criteria!

I'm so glad for you AND darling, little Angel, and I, too, believe Chase would put his stamp of approval on your generous heart's choice....there's the REAL Christmas miracle...your heart's opening to more love...
(forgive me, but I don't recall you having spoken of Rusty before...can you fill me in?)

John,
You, indeed, have been blessed with a Christmas miracle with Angel. And the picture - well, Angel looks very happy to be with a new family who will take the very best care of her.

Rusty is a stray that was doomed to a short life having been dropped off in our neighbourhood about 5 years ago. We started feeding her and she began to live under our porch. One terribly cold winter day I said to my wife "lets open the door & see what she does". She ran inside and has not left us since. That was 5 years ago. We think she might be about 8 but are not sure. All I know is somebody threw away a perfectly good cat so WE are going to keep and care for her. Here is Rusty

Rusty is so beautiful! Smart too, she knew where a good home was when it was offered to her! How lucky you all were to find each other. My Butch kitty, one of the most loving kitties I ever had was a 'throw away' too. Silly people who have NO idea the love they are throwing away.

John,I am so happy for you and your wife that you got your christmas miracle.Angel is so cute.....Christmas was hard for me too but my husband and I made it thur the ceremony without crying.I read all the names of the pets of people who had responded to my post and also said a prayer for all the unwanted animals that had passed away as well.At the end of the ceremony we lit a special candle for our boy Sox and said a prayer just for him.I miss him so much but we did manage to have a merry christmas.Happy New Year everyone. Sincerely,Renee

What a wonderful Christmas gift- a new furbaby to love. Angel looks so cute in those antlers- lol! And Rusty is a beautiful cat- who could throw away such a lovely creature? Your babies are so lucky to have such a loving home. God bless you all!
