If you want to use that picture as your Avatar, click on your name, go to Avatar settings.
You can choose the photo from your computer when you choose "browse". (make sure the picture you use is not larger than 128 X 128 pixels). That should work for you.

what a cutie!!!

Thank you so much. We miss him so much. It's only been 13 days since he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. His fur was so soft, just like bunny fur. He was so funny and loving. I just had to share, how cute he was. Our hearts are broken, he was only 6, but his kidneys finally, terribly, failed him. We did what was so difficult to do. He is in pain no more.
