I DID NOT WANT TO GET UP OUT OF BED TODAY. I AM STAYING UP LATER AND LATER, BECAUSE IT IS SO HARD TO SLEEP WITHOUT MY SCOOTER SLEEPING ON MY SIDE. iI STILL HAVE TO GET UP EARLY FOR WORK, BUT I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO DO THAT TODAY. I JUST DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING. BUT, OBVIOUSLY, I DID GET UP, BECAUSE I AM HERE. I AM WONDERING HOW MIKE MADE OUT WITH HIS CAT SCOOTER AT THE VET TODAY. I COULD HAVE SWORN THAT WHEN I GOT UP TODAY, I THOUGHT I SMELLED MY PRECIOUS SCOOTER. (NO HE DIDN'T SMELL THAT WAY, BUT EACH OF MY BABIES HAS A SPECIAL SCENT) I HOPE YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. ANYWAY, THAT BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES YET AGAIN. I MISS HIM SO MUCH. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING ALMOST ON TAKEOUT, AND I AM FACED WITH THE FACT THAT I NEED TO GO GROCERY SHOPPING. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO DO THAT.I STILL AM NOT ANSWERING MY PHONE. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I CAN COME TO. HAVE ANY OF YOU EVER BEEN IN SUCH EMOTIONAL PAIN, THAT YOUR WHOLE BODY STARTS TO HURT TOO? PLEASE, CAN ANYONE CONVINCE ME THAT THERE IS A RAINBOW BRIDGE, AND THAT WE WILL SEE OUR BELOVED PETS AGAIN? THAT IS THE ONLY WAY I THINK I CAN FIND ANY PEACE. I KNOW THEY SAY WE WILL SEE OUR LOVED ONES, WHEN WE CROSS, BUT I NEED TO KNOW I WILL BE WITH MY BELOVED PETS WHEN I CROSS. I DON'T KNOW WHY I AM DOUBTING THIS, I GUESS I JUST FEEL EMPTY, LOST AND ALONE. WELL, I SUPPOSE I HAVE TO BRAVE THE GROCERY STORE.

I am so sorry you are hurting so badly today, your wound is still raw. I wish I could tell you that Rainbow Bridge is true but, I did find this story maybe this will help. Just click the link. When I was in doubt it helped me, but the true believing has to come whithin.

I believe without a doubt that we will see our beloved pets again. Love is eternal and cannot die and God knows how much our pets mean to us. For Heaven to be a place of utter bliss, we have to have our pets with us. James Herriott (the author of "All Creatures Great and Small, etc" was asked by a dying old woman whether he really believed we would see our deceased pets when we die. He said that he believed, without a doubt, that we would--no question.

Like heaven, it's a feeling of faith. I believe there is a special area of heaven for non-human babies. Like people they live in peace and joy, and we are able to be with them at any time. I believe, like special family members, they wait for us. I have known of people with special gifts, who see them around us, watching over us. How can anyone look into those eyes filled with love, and not see the purest of souls?
Don't dwell on the loss. Celebrate the joy and the love, allow yourself to heal. Nina
