Daisy's Mommy
Dear Taggy's Mum.

You've come to the right site. Here you will find people who understand your grief because we have all suffered similar losses. When my little Yorkie, Daisy, passed away on April 1, it was unbearable, but I found that reading other people's postings and posting often myself did give me some comfort.

In the outside world many people don't understand. I've heard comments like - you can get another dog, or it's time to get over it, etc. Daisy was a child to me and I will not get over it. But, I hope that in time I can remember her with less pain and more joy.

The loss of a furbaby is heartbreaking. Who else give such unconditional love? Who else is always there?

Best wishes,

Daisy's Mommy

Taggy's mom,
Ever wondered that Taggy led you to this site? This is exactly how I feel like with this site. All the people who comes and posts here understand your pain, your hurt, and your great love for your Taggy. We all do! I do!

Come in this site often, and just write everything! I lost my furbaby last April 7 and tears still easily come down. But coming in this site often makes me feel like all the friends here are helping me carry the heavy load of losing my baby. We're all here for you.

Take care and God bless

I am so sorry for your loss. The grief I felt when I had both of my cats euthanized (at different times) was horrific. I didn't want to carry on in front of people who didn't "get it", and that is how I found this site. The mourning period hurt so much. I didn't think I would ever get through it, but now I have. I have adopted three other cats because I can't imagine life without them, but I waited quite a while. They bring their own joy, but I still miss Carmen and Oswald.

Taggy had a good life with you. You loved, and were loved back. That is all we ultimately ever have.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know what you are going through and Please keep coming here. The people here are wonderful and helpful!
My 17-yr old cat died 2-yrs ago next month, June, and my grief was tremendous but I got through it. Eight months later our 12-yr old toy poodle died and that added more grieving. He's been gone 15-mo. The tears still come quite freely at times for the both of them. We love and miss them so very much!
It took me sometime before I would get another cat and now I have 5 of them! Wonderful! wub.gif We are in the process of getting a puppy as soon as they are ready to leave their mom. I was ready several monts ago to get a puppy but my husband wasn't ready BUT now he is! biggrin.gif wub.gif Our pets bring us such joy and I can't imagine us being without any. Our deceased pets will never be forgotten and are forever in our hearts.

Once again, I am so sorry for your loss.
