It's been almost 3 years since my precious friend went to Rainbow Bridge. He passed being held in my arms. He'd been my constant companion for over 4 years after being rescued from an animal shelter. So I don't really know how old he was.
Dear friend, I think of you all the time. I still miss you jumping in my lap as soon as I sit down. I miss how you always were there to share a piece of steak when I cooked on the grill. I just wanted to tell you to take care of Fella, you remember him, O'Ryan and little Dixie. I pray that God has entrusted you babies to the care of St.Francis until Mom or me arrives to take care of you once more. Until we meet again,

I feel so very bad for all of your tragic losses this past week. You can be sure, that Fella
is in the loving arms of St. Francis, and there he will wait, with all of our other beloved furbabies,
until the time has come for mom & dad to go over.......
I'm happy that you found this place, but I am so broken hearted that you had to find this forum at all.
Ernie was put to sleep on 2/7/2004, and that evening, if I didn't have a place to go (of course, to the
loving arms of my boyfriend, Ben), I would've gone crazy.....
She was my girl since I was 23, and now I'm 43.... We shared a lot of history (I have no "human kids"),
so, she was my girl...

But, I know that St. Francis is keeping his watchful eye over all of our furbabies; and your Fella, although
not here on this Earth with you, he is up in Heaven over Rainbow's bridge; there is no more pain, he is
not suffering anymore.....

We went to the shelter on Sunday and adopted not one, but two kitties; Lucy (5) and Yo-Yo (6) years, that is.
I'm concerned about Lucy's sneezing and coughing; we're going to the vet's today....
I am worried....
