So, I got her home today. The operation went really well. I brought her home around 6:00pm. She moved over from her carrier (I took the top off but didn't have the heart to move her) to my closet where my jacket was laying on the floor around 8:30-9:00. She had her cute little nose all snuggled into the underarm of the jacket. She started moving around about 11:00, and staggered around the room for about 15 minutes. I watched her (I about cried she looked so pitiful staggering around like a little drunk) trying to figure out what she wanted. She circled my bed, and kept staring up at it. My bed's fairly far off the ground, and I finally realized she wanted to climb up on to it but was too weak to do so! So, of course, I helped her up onto the bed, and she's laying down sleeping at the moment all covered up, her little kitty head poking out from the covers. I noticed her third eyelid was showing...is that normal for a cat coming out of anethesia? I'm hoping it is.
So what's the diagnosis? Well, the vet said that there's a 40% chance that the tumor was cancer. Which means she's got a 60% chance of being ok!!

I'm hoping that this will be the case. But....well....there's still that 40%. Either way, she'll be back at the vet on Friday and then we'll see how she's doing. I'll know in a few days to a week if it is cancer or not. So, until I know I'll keep feeding my little baby Fancy feast for a while...fish and shrimp for my baby!

I also need to send the vet tech something nice. She's been so sweet to my little kitty. I think she's fairly young (I can't say too much, I'm only 22) and I just want to show my appreciation for all she's done for my baby. I need to take some pictures of her to give to Brittany (the vet tech) and I'll post some up here too.
