Hi!
The only thing I can suggest is that perhaps you try the ASPCA or try PetFinders, to see if you can
find a home for Viper.
There are some resources that should be available to you....

There are usually rescue groups for each individual breed. I would suggest doing a search under Pit Bull Rescue and see what comes up. I hope you are successful. You may even have better luck here if you are more specific about Viper and your situation.
