Dear LS,

I want to thank all of the people here who have helped me over the past 11 months. It was the most hear-wrenching time in my life, and you were there to help me. I hope that I, in turn, have been able to help some of you.

I feel that I must move on now though.

I will be back on more time in June to conclude my "Journey Through Grief" journal. I may peek in now and then, but I won't be able to come back too often. I think I will always drop by and look at the "Post your furbabies" thread.

I hope that I won't need this site again soon, but Falkor could go at any time (although he may be around for another year or so - it's up to him and the higher power now).

LS will always hold a special place in my heart.

So many of your posts have been such a great help to me. They endure and continue to help me and others long after they were first written. Thank you for your special gift of always knowing what is of value and sharing it with us.

I've often said that the one good thing that came from Shiloh's passing was that I met some wonderful people who really did renew my faith in humanity...and you, Steph, were one of them.

Dear Steph,

In my brief time here I've met some truly special people. You are one of them. May you find joy and peace in your journey down life's road. May you always realize that opening your heart to love does have its risks and heartaches, but considering the indescribable joy that these precious little fur angels bring us, they are worth it every time. All things come into this world with the distinct knowledge that they will one day depart. I no longer fear death. To me it is simply the end of the physical life and transition to the spiritual. Whether we actually do live many lives is debatable but I do believe that we live forever in spirit. All life is connected. It is a never-ending circle.
