Well for months I've been saying I wish I could sing and dance and clap like I used to, well guess what today I did. I don’t know if it was the nine months the joy of xmas the spirit of the night or the love of a visiting dog, but I did it I got up and I danced – badly – and I clapped and I sang along to a record on George Harrison’s tribute concert.

Ringo Star was singing I would normally go to bed but instead I danced and I danced – well actually I only danced to one record but it was a start.

And I clapped.

And I say thank you .
