A totally cute picture nonetheless!! 
Its easy to reduce the size of photos. All you have to do is open your photo in Window's "Paint". Click on the tab "Image" and from there choose "Stretch/Scew". Enter in the percentage horizontal and vertical shrinkage you want. For that photo, try 75%. It will end up being 1/4 the size it is now. Then save that as new pic with a different name (so that you keep your original with its full resolution). This is also useful if you have file size restrictions (kb), as the more you shrink it, the smaller the file.
